Nice and chewy the way udon should be. The broth was a nice curry flavor, just a little spicyness and a depth of flavors. A few green onions round out the veggies in this one. A great ramen. The broth had a depth of flavor. At first salty with a fish background, then a black peppery and vegetable like flavor. Very good!! Not much in the way of veggies except for some green onion, but this ramen doesn't need anything else. Overall: 5 |
