SAPPORO ICHIBAN ORIGIANAL
Season Packet: salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, lactose, soy sauce powder with dextrin, onion powder, leek chips, spices, nonfate dry milk, corn and sasame oil, garlic powder

Spicyness: 1

Comment: Mmm. Salt and msg. Not much flavor in the broth. A salty, peppery taste. Sapporo is a popular brand in Japan. I don't see why with this flavor.

SAPPORO ICHIBAN CHOWMEIN
Season Packet: worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, miso (soybean paste), monsodium glutamate, spices, vinegar, cabbage powder, tomato powder, black pepper, red pepper

Vegetable Packet: seaweed

Spicyness: 1

Comment:
There's no broth in this ramen. There's a definite worcestershire and tomato taste to the ramen. With a hint of a cidery vinegar taste. Not bad. No spicyness detected. The addition of the seaweed packet was a surprise for this American made ramen.

SAPPORO ICHIBAN BEAD CURD
Season Packet: salt, soy sauce powder with dextrin, sugar, monosodium glutamate, bonito powder(dried bonito, bonito extract), chinpi powder(orange peel powder), red pepper, leeks

Vegetable: fried bean curd

Spicyness: 1

Comment: This ramen comes with a huge piece of tofu. Which expands to the size of a deck of cards. The noodles are of the udon style. The broth has a miso flavor. The tofu has a nice sweet, soy sauce flavor. This is definately worth trying.

SAPPORO ICHIBAN MISO
Season Packet: miso powder(dehydrated soybean paste with dextrin), salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, hydrolyzed gelatin, soy sauce powder  with dextrin, leek chips, calcium carbonate, garlic powder, spices, caramel color, onion powder, natural flavor, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, malic acid, and disodium succinate.

Flake: none

Spicyness: 1

Comment: Miso is one of my favorite soups. The broth has a light miso flavor, which I  would have liked stronger. The only veggies are a few leek flakes that really have nothing to offer. This is a stripped down version of miso flavor.
