SAMYANG HOT BEEF
Season Packet: salt, l-glutamate, sugar, garlic, soy sauce

Vegetables: egg flake, welsh onion, carrot, seaweed
*also there were some textured protein(?), shaped like pieces of beef that was not included in the ingredient list

Spicyness: 4

Comment: The has a nice spicyness with a beef overtone. One complaint is that I believe the season packet omitted a lot of ingredients. Red pepper is not even listed. The pieces of simulated beef add an incredible flavor to the broth. Also, a strong carrot flavor can be detected. A very good ramen.

SAMYANG U-DONG
Season Packet: salt, sugar, monosodium l-glutamate, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, red pepper paste powder, garlic

Vegetables: welsh onion, carrot, seaweed

Spicyness: 1

Comment: This is a huge bowl of udon. One of the largest I've seen. The noodles are not as thick as udon, but thicker than the standard ramen bowl. The broth had a onion flavor and not at all spicy. The big pieces of puffed vegetable protein absorbed the broth flavor and were quite tasty.

SAMYANG KIMCHEE
Season Packet: salt, monosodium glutamate, red pepper, garlic, black pepper, ginger

Flake: kimchee, welsh onion

Spicyness: 3

Comment: Another offering of kimchi ramen. The broth wasn't as spicy as I thought it would have been. But still had a little kick. The dried kimchi in the flake makes the broth taste like kimchi. The noodles are you standard you find in a bowl, but they are good. Samyang's version of kimchi ramen is better than the king of ramen Nong Shim.

SAMYANG HAN CUP- TUCKBOKI
Soup Base: modified starch, red pepper paste powder, sugar, monosodium l-glutamate, pork powder, salt

Flake: welsh onion, cabbage

Spicyness: 5

Comment:
Here is an interesting ramen from Samyang. The design on the cup is kinda plain. Normally there are pictures and such on them. The broth was thicker than usual  due to the starch, but it was still a runny type, just thicker than normal. This was actually great being thicker, the broth stuck to the noodles and was a great match together. The spicyness is very hot, which I like and the broth had a meaty taste to it. This is a great ramen from Samyang.
