Comment: I saw this ramen at my local walmart. Not sure if you could classify it as ramen, but what heck, its noodles anyway. The seasoning was in a liquide pack and there was a huge pack of flake included. After just one bite, I was instantly reminded of an American Chinese buffet restaraunt. The ramen tasted just like it. There wasn't much broth left after the noodles soaked it up. The taste was sweet and had a chicken flavor. The addition to the large amount of flake provided a load of flavor, especially the cabbage. I was quite surprised by this ramen. Overall: 4

Comment: Here is another offering of chow main noodles from Nissin. Again this reminds me of a chinese buffet. There is a strong garlic flavor which I love. The seasonings provide a sweet, salty, garlic taste to the noodles. The additon of bell pepper stand out. There was only 3 little shrimp in the mixture. It could have used more. Not a bad ramen.

Comment: No broth with this ramen, but there was a little broth with what the noodles didnt soak up. This one had an odd taste. I really coudn't put my finger on what it reminded me of. But the flavor was salty and a herby taste. The bell pepper added a nice flavor. But I was disappointed in the level of spicyness. Not much really.

NISSIN CHOW MEIN TERIYAKI BEEF

Comment: Another Chinese restaraunt flavor from Nissin, obviously these varieties are geared toward the American market. Same concept here as the others I have reviewed you add just enough water to get the noodles soft and be able to mix in the season packet. The flavor was sweet and salty for the most part. At times you could detect a little sourness probably from the vinegar powder. But the real treat was the large amount of veggies. The shitake mushrooms provided some extra flavor and the textured protein were there to simulate pieces of beef and they are not to bad, I wouldn't say they taste like beef. Overall your typical salty, MSG laden ramen.
