Comment: Mr. Kon ramen comes from China and as you can see the English translation of the ingridents is lacking. The dehydrated veggies are just listed as "dehydated vegetable". I was surprised with the color of the broth I expected it to have a reddish tint since the picture leads you to believe it is but it was not. Just a brownish color. The broth had a spicy flavor it was not as spicy as I anticipated but had a little kick to it. The beef flavor kicks in and with the spicy background provided a nice flavor together. The dehydrated veggies were just your typical green onion and mystery flavor kind but did not provide much flavor. Overall a pretty good ramen

MR. KON BEEF STEW FLAVOR
Package Size: 3.7oz/105g
Soup Base: salt, monosodium glutmate, refined sugar, spices, artificial flavor, dehydrated vegetable
Oil Packet: refined vegetable oil, chili slices, onion oil, garlic oil
Spicyness: 3
Comment: Another beef flavor from Mr. Kon. Most of the ingridents are pretty much the same as the hot beef flavor. The taste is similiar and I don't know if I would call this a "stew" flavor it pretty much is just spicy beef flavor. The broth had a beefy overtone with a little spicy kick to it. The noodles were chewy and held up well. Beef stew or hot beef flavor they are pretty much the same but still a good ramen.

Comment: The recipe seems to be the same for Mr. Kon. Use massive amounts of salt and MSG and tons of palm oil and you have the perfect ramen. I did notice for this one that the salt content is 3890mg which is 162% of your daily allowance. Wow. The broth was oily and salty with a strong hearty meaty flavor. The spicyness kicked in after this and provided a nice warm touch. Even though I rated the spicyness as a 4, it was quite enjoyable and did not take away from the meaty flavor. The noodles held up well and there was an ample amount of veggies. Mr. Kon might use massive amounts of salt and MSG, but the ramen is quite tasty.
