: I have never heard of Long Kow and couldn't find really anything on the internet about them. There was no English on the bowl except for a sticker placed on the bowl by the importer. And that didn't help much. The noodles were the greenbean thread kind. They all clumped together when trying to eat them, which makes them a little difficult to eat. The broth had a slight seafood flavor, but was mostly a salty flavor. Not much in the way of veggies in this one. Overall all an edible ramen, but lacking in flavor.

LONGKOW VEGETARIAN FLAVOR
Season Packet: carrot, bean sprout, fungus, spinach, shitake mushroom, seasonings
Spicyness: 1
Comment: When I first opened up the bowl there was only the dehydrated vegetable packet and nothing else. I thought they had left out a packet. But that was not the case the vegetables are coated with seasonings so there is no soup powder. I was skeptical thinking there would be no flavor at all. I was quite surprised with the broth it had a nice vegetable flavor and unlike your typical ramen was not overally salty. There was a large amount of vegetables which tasted great with the green bean thread noodles. These style of noodles are normally harder to eat but with all the vegtables they were quite easy for some reason. I really like the way Longkow seasoned this ramen.
