KOKA PRAWN FLAVOR
Season Packet: salt, monosodium glutamate, prawn flavoring, soya bean extract, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder
Oil Packet: palm oil
Spicyness: 2
Comment: Over two years have passed since I have done a ramen by Koka. Mostly due to the fact I couldn't find any in my area to buy until a new Vietnamese grocery store opened up recently. And since what happened last time I did a Koka ramen, I wasn't looking to forward to another one. Koka is made by Tat Hui foods in Singapore. The noodles held up well in the broth and had a nice texture to them. They reminded me of the noodles found in American ramen. The broth really didn't smell of prawns or taste like them either. Mostly a salty flavor. Sometimes a hint of spicyness came through, but mostly just a salty flavor. Not a bad ramen overall, just dont expect a prawn flavor.

KOKA CRAB FLAVOR
Season Packet: salt, flavor enhancer(monosodium glutamate), crab flavoring, soya bean extract, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder
Oil Packet: palm oil
Spicyness: 2
Comment: The day has come where I finally re-review the Koka crab flaovor. This time my package was not rancid. Not any design changes in the packaging after two years. The noodles were brittle but kinda chewy. Your typical S.E. Asian noodle texture. The broth was disappointing. Mostly just a over whelming salt flavor and not much else. Obviously not as bad as my rancid package I had before, but not much to brag about either.

KOKA STIR FRIED
Season Packet: salt, sugar, artificial chicken flavouring, pepper, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, soya bean extract, dehydrated vegetables, spices
Spicyness: 1
Comment: Another offering from Koka and I am not sure of the flavor other than maybe chicken but the package only said stir fried, but I believe this is referring to the style of noodles. There was no English instructions only a picture to go by and from what I gathered you drain the water off of the noodles when they have cooked and mix in your seasoning packet. The flavor was sweet and salty with a hint of chicken flavor in the background. Not much in the way of any dehydrated veggies other than a few pieces of green onion. The noodles were actually quite good nice and chewy. Overall a much better ramen from Koka.
