Spicy beef seems to be a popular flavor seems like 1 out of 5 reviews I do are this flavor. The broth had a beefy flavor with a nice kick of spicyness after that. Also a sweet flavor would come through which blended well with the spicyness. The noodles held up well and were chewy. Not a bad ramen for my first review of Hua Long. Overall: 4 |

The broth had a nice meaty flavor and salty of course. Due to the sauce packet which looked like a big packet of pork fat the broth was oily but this really made the broth taste so much better. The noodles were chewy and held up in the broth. Another good ramen. Overall: 5 |
