FASHION FOOD TOM YUM SEAFOOD FLAVOR
Soup Base: salt, garlic powder, chili powder, monosodiu glutamate, citric acid
Oil Packet: not listed in the translation, appears to be chili oil
Dehydrated Mix: squid, fish meat, green onion, roasted chili, holy basil leaf
Spicyness: 4
Comment: I found this ramen at a new asian store that has opened up in town. I thought it was a cool looking bowl. Kinda UFOish and the bowl is sturdy enough to be reused for other uses! I do believe that several of the ingridents are missing from the season packet. The english translation was poor. But the ramen wasn't! The broth had a nice sourness to it and was complemented by the spicyness. The additon of the squid and "fish meat" added a nice seafood flavor. The fish meat looked like pieces of dehydrated artificial crab meat. A great ramen from Fashion Food. Funny name :)

FASHION FOOD BEEF FLAVOR
Bowl size: 2.3oz/65g
Soup Base:
sugar, garlic powder, beef flavor, salt, chili powder, monosodium glutamate, pepper, green onion
Oil Packet: palm oil
Spicyness: 1
Comment: Again the ingredient list leaves much to be desired from FF. The broth was beefy flavored and a salty background to it. The oil packet added an oily feel to the broth and just some green onion rounded up the veggies in it. The noodles held up well and were the standard thinner S.E. Asian kind. Overall not to bad but this one could have used some more variety of veggies in it.
