Comment: This has to be the biggest bowl of ramen I have tried. The noodles are in a "wet pack" so they are already cooked.  Noodle size is bigger than ramen but smaller than udon. Not very spicy, which is a change for seafood ramens. There was a lot  of squid and shrimp in the flake mixture.  The broth had a nice seafood flavor and a peppery flavor. Not a bad ramen, but be hungry.

Comment: The noodles are in a "wet pack". The broth had a nice kick to it. Spicy, but not to spicy. Not much flavor other than the spicyness. There was a great amount of vegetables, but also found fish cake in the mixture. Of course this wasn't listed in the ingredients. A pretty good ramen.

DONGWON UDON KIMCHI
Soup Base: salt, red pepper
Flake: green onion, carrot
Flake Block: kimchi
Spicyness: 4
Comment: Well looks like Dongwon needs to add better lables to their product. The two ingredients was all that was listed. I know the soup base is made up of more than that. A good thing about this ramen is the big block of dehydrated kimchi it comes with. And this is what makes this ramen good. The broth was spicy and had a pronounced kimchi flavor. The block of kimchi expanded to make huge pieces of kimchi which provided the extra kick. A great ramen from Dongwon even with the label goof.
