Comment: One of my local asian grocery stores had this new brand of ramen in stock and of course I picked up every flavor they had. The picture on the front has a guy sitting at a bar with a bowl in his hand. I would assume he's eating a bowl of taty ramen. The entire package was in Chinese exept for a sticker on the front and back which was in English. Of course who knows how accurate the ingridient list is but you can rest assured that there is plenty of MSG in there. The broth had a slight chicken flavor that was followed by an intense saltiness. But it was not the saltiness where it is too salty to eat more like a concentrated flavor of salt. Actually I think it was an abundance of MSG. No spicyness and not much else in the way of flavor. Bit of pieces of mushroom and carrot were present but did not provide much flavor. I think mostly due to the massive amounts of MSG. Not a the best ramen but you do need to add some extra items to help with the lack of flavor.

BAIJIA SPICY FEI-CHANG FLAVOR
Package Size: 3.5oz/100g
Soup Base:
There was a total of 4 packets but due to the translation there is only a few ingridients listed and who knows which ingridient goes in which packet.
Refined edible vegetable oil(rapeseed & palm), fei-chang flavor, thick broad-bean sauce, chili sauce, salt, gourmet powder, spices, vegetable
Spicyness: 3
Comment: Not sure what Fei-chang flavor is a quick search on google turned up nothing food related. But you can rest assured fei-chang is full of MSG. There were 4 packets of ingridients but due to poor translation into English only a few items made it on the package. I do know that one packet contained soy nuts. The noodles were made of sweet potato and these are just a pain to eat, even with chopsticks. The broth had an odd flavor, I couldn't really figure it out but the only thing that came to mind was a licorice flavor. Not much else in the way of flavor other than salt. The highlight was the soynuts in this ramen.
