The surprises this day brought.

Hysteria wandered aimlessly down the hallway somewhere in the vast depths of the palace. Her eyes were glossy and slightly blood shot. Everything she seemed to like recently has disappeared.

Her braids flounced heavily around her ankles, almost making a rather awkward tripping scene. Hysteria rubbed her left eye, which was bloodshot from so many tears. She felt empty, like nothing really truly existed. Of course, nothing really did, but that’s a whole other matter. Staring off into space as she walked with no direction, her peripheral view caught something glinting on the floor a few feet in front of her. It appeared red, and splattered all over the place.

Hysteria ran up to it, examining the dried blood and tried to recall the events that created such a gory view. Obviously, no one seemed to care enough to clean up the mess, so she looked around for a mop of sorts. Why couldn’t she remember what happened?

Then, it struck her. Her kawaii little rabbit-chan had been smashed around quite a bit. Hysteria’s eyes started welling up with tears as she suddenly realized what the poor kawaii little rabbit-chan must have suffered through. How could kawaii little Hysteria be so STUPID?! Where was the rabbit!?

Running along the trail of blood, she came into the meeting room. Her eyes glared in every direction, trying to find someone; in particular, Havoc. He would know where the rabbit was, and had the glasses.

"Oh so unkawaii. This is just an unkawaii day for kawaii little Hysteria," Hysteria said aloud to herself. Her mood was darkening and this was not a good thing for such a generally happy elven. In fact, she

hadn’t really had an unkawaii day in a long time. She couldn’t even remember the last unkawaii day!

"HAVOC-CHAN!!!!" screamed Hysteria from the center of the room. Her high pitch echoed through the halls and rang to her ears. Where was that elf!? "HAVOC-CHAN!! Get over here to kawaii little upset Hysteria!!"

She tapped her foot impatiently on the stone floor. Her plastic heels clicked noisily reflecting her being irked. Her silver anklet which held tiny bells tinkled chaotically. Hysteria’s eyes narrowed as no one came. Especially Havoc didn’t come and that bothered her at the moment. Her game had been destroyed and she was not happy. She didn’t even care if it was her fault or not! It was destroyed and that was that! The rabbit was missing and blood was splattered all over the place.

This placed on top of Chaos dying didn’t help her mood at all. What was to become of the court anyway!? Who cared!? At least the main game she had in mind hadn’t been altered.

Sighing, she melodramatically played impatience and plopped herself on the floor. Someone would come, and it would be havoc if she killed herself trying!

*

Calestria or Ruin landed outside the hall for her realm. She gazed down the corridor, tired. Sleep sounded great, now...

Mayhem looked at his once-opponent...now ally. She was sweating and breathing hard; probably could use some rain. ~Rain...Is this the kind of 'move' Ruckus was referring to?~

Mayhem cleared his throat, as he moved a step closer. "Lady Ruin, I-"

*

"HAVOOOC-CHAN!!!!" she bellowed as loud as she could, using her years of vocal training to project her high pitched voice throughout the palace.

*

Both winced at the sound that echoed to their pointed ears. Calestria whirled, and said, "Who was THAT?!"

Mayhem shook his head. "Nothing worth disturbing, unless your name's Havoc. Come, go to you realm-"

The 'Ami' maternal in her wanted to help. "I'm going to find out what that is," she said, ignoring Mayhem's arms in protest.

Mayhem glowered, rooted to the spot. Hysteria had REAL bad timing sometimes!

Seiya sat patiently in a corner of the room while the others were occupied. She looked over at Mamoru, who was unconscious but slowly recovering in the bed to the right of the room. Then, her eyes wandered over to the man in the other bed.

She frowned. She had heard Hotaru say his name...what was it? Oh, yes, Michael. She had heard much about him, but never actually seen him. She cautiously approached his bed, and looked over at him. Seiya gasped. Michael had so many tubes coming in and out of him, she couldn't tell where one ended and another began.

"I wonder what could've happened to him." She murmered. Seiya leaned over the hospital bed and cocked her head at him. "Since everyone is with Mamoru, I should be out of the way over here." She reasoned. She sat down in a chair next to Michael's bed, as if her presence could keep him company. And waited.

*

Mamoru felt his consciousness floating in darkness, as if he were on a raft in the middle of the ocean. It was a calm nothingness, where all Mamoru had were his thoughts.

Suddenly though, as if coming to the end of a long tunnel, a pinprick of light could be seen on the horizon. He debated the merit of going towards the light, but his curiosity got the better of him. What he did, wasn't really floating, but more like drifting towards the light.

Mamoru slowly opened his eyes, squinting with pain as he struggled to adjust to the light of the hospital room. That and his eyes were sore from the rapidly fading swelling. He turned his head slowly and looked upon a figure he had no expected to see again for a long time. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying and she looked at Mamoru earnestly for some sign of life. He felt tears of his own welling up as his hand, trembling, reached out to her.

"Usako . . . " he said in an almost imperceptible whisper.

"Mamo-chan!" Usagi smiled happily. She giggled as tears continued sprouting from her eyes.

"I want to tell you so much...so much" she sobbed. "I swear, I didn't know it wasn't you...I...I'm so sorry. Ever since we finished...I feel that part of my soul was pulled away from my body...please... please...tell me that you forgive me..."

She looked at him, awaiting his response, no, more than his response, his forgiveness.

It was the fastest shift in emotion that Mamoru had ever felt. An air of doom and despair had hung over him like a shroud and suddenly it had been ripped away, just like that. How was it possible that one person - ONE PERSON - could make that much difference in someone's life?

Mamoru brought his hands up to her face, hovered over it for an instant as if afraid to touch her. As if afraid that if he made any such movement, she would burst like a soap bubble and all of it, all of this moment would vanish.

But then he did touch her. Mamoru put his hands to Usagi's face, and they were shaking. "Usako . . . " he breathed.

Usagi reacted entirely on instinct, putting her arms around him and pulling him tightly against her.

His chest began to heave with pent-up emotion, and Mamoru began to sob. He no longer cared where he was, or who was watching.

"Mamo-chan..." Usagi repeated as she felt herself immersed in the warmth of his chest. So much she had missed that sensation…so much she had missed him…

She closed her eyes, she was feeling again the sweetness of the love she once thought was lost. But more than that, she knew that what happened at the Masquerade didn't matter...now it was just the two of them…and that was the most important thing.

"I won't leave you again…" she muttered. "Never."

* * *

Asahi, Hoshi and Getsuei were walking way to the hospital.

Hoshi and Asahi were talking to each other and laughing. They got along very well, sharing an especial relation, a best friends-like relation...and the people who didn't know them, could even think that they were a couple of lovers. Of course, that wasn't true, but that was the way it seemed to be.

However, Getsuei was another matter. She was some kind of a lonely girl. Most of the time silent. Immersed within her own thoughts. She cared for both Asahi and Hoshi, but she maintained the distance...maybe because she was the leader of the team.

"You still have that bond with Serenity/Usagi?" asked Asahi, breaking her concentration.

"Yeah, it's a weaker bond, but still we have it." Getsuei answered quietly.

"That's why you know she's at the hospital" Hoshi added.

"That's true" Getsuei nodded. "And I have this feeling she's with Endymion" she smiled. She was happy for her Silver Millennium cousin, but at the same time, she felt shame of herself. She wanted to live a love as great as theirs, but she had fear of of her own feelings. She had fear of lose who she wanted, again. She sighed, it was so unlike her to be this way.

Hoshi also had a smile. She couldn't being a romantic at heart. It was so sweet that they were together. The way that they had acted around each another in the Silver Millennium was so thoughtful and loving. She was happy for them and… unhappy for herself. She loved being Asahi and the way that they got along, but she wanted more. It was just that… if… she took a step… she hurt people, and that she couldn't do. So, for now, she only danced on the fringes, hoping and daring.

Asahi instead, felt a strange emotion that gave him new energies. More strength to fight and make his most precious dream come true. He looked at Getsuei with a hopeful tender gaze.

Getsuei was surprised with that gesture, so much that she never saw where she was walking and slipped. She was almost to fall when Asahi caught her. Both of his arms were around her waist. He looked at her eyes deeply...he just couldn't control his beating heart. He had loved that woman and he had waited a long time, but no more. His face came closer to hers, he could feel her breath and then…

…And then he fell on the ground as Getsuei escaped from his arms.

"Don't try to do that again." She calmly said.

Asahi cleaned his mouth with his hand. A grin appeared in his lips.

"Prince Asahi!" A melodious but dark voice called him.

The three of them glanced around to find the source of the voice.

"Here" A beautiful girl appeared in front of them.

Getsuei felt a chill running through her veins, freezing her blood. That face was so similar to...no...it was impossible. But something inside her chest yelled that it was true...still, she didn't want to believe it.

"I'm Sailor Tranquility." She laughed.

"How do you know my name?" Asahi angrily questioned.

"The Dark Warrior told us before his destruction."

"The Dark Warrior?!" Asahi exclaimed. "How come?!"

Tranquility just made a strange gesture. It was a command. Two big warriors appeared beside Asahi and caught his arms, holding them strongly.

"Asahi!" Hoshi yelled, but before she could do something, a prison of something that seemed like crystal, enclosed her and Getsuei. Hoshi tried to break it but it was hard as steel.

"I don't want you to interfere" Tranquility said. She had a silver harp in her hands. "Simple people as you can't do anything to stop me. Once I've finished my mission, I'll exterminate you two."

"She didn't know we're senshi, too. And Elementals" Getsuei muttered. "Hoshi, don't try anything until we know what she wants"

"But…" Hoshi wanted so much to transform before Tranquility could do anything, but she couldn't go against Getsuei and she could tell Asahi didn't want her to do anything too. She pressed her clenched fists against the prison wall.

Getsuei could see the wire-taunt tension in Hoshi. Hoshi was trying to wait, but it seemed that she was going to break soon and do something reckless again.

Meanwhile, Tranquility came closer to Asahi "I want you to give me the key of Sun" She smiled evilly, touching his face. "Never imagined you were so good-looking. "

Asahi felt the creeps, her hand was colder than ice.

"I was going to kill you…but I changed my mind" Tranquility continued. "Otherwise, it would be a waste, I'd love to keep you for me"

"Leave Asahi alone!!!" Hoshi yelled.

"You shouldn't waste your time with such simple people." Tranquility looked at Getsuei and Hoshi out of the corner of her eye. "Such things are trivial. Won't you give me the key and come with me?" She caressed his cheek, letting the cold sink deeper into him.

Asahi shook his head. "Sorry, no can do. I went through a lot to get that key."

Tranquility smiled arrogantly as she turned from him and towards the crystal-like prison. "I always wanted to see how much pain it would take to kill one of them."

A body in tatters, a mind in turmoil, a soul in torment. All in all, one of Michael's better days. His injuries were grave and there was talk of his not ever waking up, much less surviving them. The reason he wasn't dead at this point was the fact that someone brought him in at just the right time.

For the most part, Michael didn't drift in and out of consciousness. In his mind's eye, he saw images. Images of the green-hairdo girl he took the Masquerade Ball, the monster that tried to kill everyone in sight, the bargain he struck with the elf, his second meeting with Ami Mizuno (she was really nice), the concert, and finally the vicious beating he took at the elven girl's hands.

The world seemed to just be inky blackness with nothing but his own thoughts to occupy him. Kinda boring, really. Time seemed to be meaningless in this void . . . until something shook him out of it.

At first, it was just sounds. The sounds of people milling about and the intercom directing person A to place B. After a few moments of that, his eyes squinted against the light, trying to open. Finally, his eyes were open, but all he could see was a cold, white tile ceiling.

"W-w-what?" he said very softly. There was some sort of breathing device on his face that he reached up and removed. That's when he noticed all the tubes.

Surprised, he reached to one and pulled it away from his body. The skin where the tube was seemed pink as if freshly healed over and the tube appeared to be severed by something. With a sweep of his hand, Michael knocked many tubes away and sat up. He was very sore and the pain reminded him of that.

"How did I get here?" he said, looking around. All his wounds appeared to be healing, which was amazing since he had so many of them. He looked across the room and saw Mamoru and Usagi talking in hushed whispers. When did that happen?

"Am I dead? Is this heaven?" Michael finally noticed Seiya's presence. "Aren't you a pop star?"

Seiya chuckled. "No, no, and yes. Hotaru healed you." She motioned towards Usagi and Hotaru who were on the other side of the room, crowding over Mamoru's bed.

She held out a hand to him. "I don't believe we've ever been officially introduced. I'm Kou Seiya."

"Nice to meet you." Michael took Seiya's hand and shook it, just a tad confused. For starters, Seiya Kou was a member of the Three Lights. Secondly, weren't the Three Lights men? Third, what on earth was she doing here?

"My name is . . . ." he trailed off. He debated the wisdom of using the Japanese or American way of saying names, considering Seiya just used the Japanese method. Finally, he simply answered, " . . .

Michael."

"Where am I? How'd I get here? …What happened to Mamoru?"

Seiya laughed. "Whoa! One question at a time! First of all, you're in the hospital, recuperating from several rather serious wounds. As to how you got here," She shrugged. "The doctors said that you just appeared here. No one really knows. But the important thing is that you made it, right?" She grinned at him.

"And to your final question, all I know is some youma beat the crap out of him. Now he's here, and, by the grace of God, surviving."

Then, Seiya leaned back into her chair. "Just in case you're wondering how I tie into all of this, I drove Hotaru over after I was…ah…transformed. I felt relatively useless, so I decided to keep you company. She winked at him.

A look of concern passed over Seiya's face. At the mention of her transformation, she remembered not only Yaten's abduction, but the fight with Taiki as well. She sighed. She had been abandoned by her only real friends, and it was up to her to save them somehow.

"This has been a very interesting day." She murmured, more to herself than Michael.

Michael took all that in and shrugged. Typical day in Japan, he guessed. Swinging out of his bed, Michael made his first mistake of the day by trying to stand. With an incredibly painful sounding groan, he dropped to one knee. He was only supported by the strength in his arms, which was rapidly fleeting.

Seiya ran to his side, a look of genuine concern on her face. "You shouldn't try to walk so soon. Hotaru may be able to heal your wounds, but she can't restore your energy." She gently helped him back into the bed, making sure not to inflict any more pain than humanly possible. "Are you going to be all right?" She asked him, once he had settled in.

"I'll live." He said in a light whisper.

Amanda stepped out from the 10th District Hospital just in time for the sun to peek over the horizon and give her the finger. "Ugh," she said as she fumbled for her cheap little clip-on sunglasses. She wished now that she had put in her contacts. Then she could wear her cool Oakleys.

Amanda was, again, hungry. Not that it was anything new. She had an oral fixation left over from her childhood, so she was always stuffing something into her face…Which reminded her. She broke out a

Camel Light and lit it up. Those dorks at the hospital wouldn't let her smoke in there. Not even in the lobby. Which was probably the main reason she stepped out for a while.

She wandered up the street for a little while, checking out the morning life. A couple cars sped by, assumedly on the way to work. Not that Amanda could imagine any good reason to wake up at this hour. She grabbed a paper off of someone's driveway and looked over it.

Six seconds later she got so pissed off at the amount of kanji on there she threw it back onto the driveway. She didn't know much Japanese. She could hear and speak it just fine, thanks to the translators in her earrings. But reading it was something else altogether.

Something she COULD read, however, was the terribly familiar and very welcome logo for Denny's, Amanda's most favorite early-morning/late night restaurant in all the world. And damned if they didn't have one right here in Tokyo. She finished her cigarette and went inside.

"Ahh, I LOVE the smell of beef in the morning!" she proclaimed.

"I, personally, enjoy a good steak at night, with slivers of mushrooms & onions."

"Wha?" said Amanda, looking to the left. Sitting in a booth was a guy, playing with his coffee stirrer. He sighed, stopping it's revolutions. "But, this is breakfast. One might think a person weird to have such treats. Not that I have them that often to begin with."

Amanda looked at the guy. Damn, he looked awful. Big nasty bruise on his eye, indifferent look on his face… just a generally crummy aura. But for some reason, he looked familiar nonetheless. Like she had seen him just recently… "Do I know you?"

"Doubtful," he said. He took a sip from his coffee, and made a face. Amanda grabbed some little cups of cream from the tray next to her and handed them to him. "Looking for these?"

"Yeah, thanks," he said, half-smiling. "I like mine light & sweet."

He poured them into his cup as Amanda sat down across the booth from him.

"Mind if I smoke?" Amanda asked him.

"Yeah," he said nonchalantly. "'Sides, this is non-smoking anyway."

Amanda frowned momentarily. "Yeah, disgusting habit. I can't believe I smoke." Actually, she couldn't care less. She just liked the buzz.

The young man looked back over his shoulder. "They are always so slow in here," he said, frowning. "I asked that stupid waitress for my breakfast twenty minutes ago."

~She wouldn't write down a word I said until I had given her my damn autograph!~ he thought.

"Hmm," Amanda agreed wordlessly. She looked over the guy again. He looked so damn familiar… but the hat did well to hide a lot of his face, and besides, all Japanese looked alike to her. It was all in the hair.

"Still, they got good food. French toast is my thing."

The guy smiled fully, the first time he did since she sat down.

"Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon."

"Number three," Amanda replied, returning the smile. "Hash browns, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs, with…"

Simultaneously they said, "Tobasco sauce!" and laughed a little bit.

"Amanda Saris," Amanda said, holding out her hand.

"Taiki Kou," the young man said, removing his hat and shaking her hand.

Taiki… Kou? Amanda's eyes popped wide open. "Oh… my…God…" she whispered. "You're…"

"Keep it quiet, Amanda," Taiki said, "I'm really not in the mood."

They both ordered the same thing, and had an interesting conversation, involving other foods, a little bit about California, Amanda's home, what it's like to be a member of the Three Lights.

"Actually, since you say you saw the concert, what did you think of it?"

Amanda made a face. "It was pretty sweet, right up to the point where the whole place went to hell."

Taiki looked away. "Yeah…well, that just might have been our last concert."

"What?" said Amanda, halfway with a hashbrown in her mouth.

Taiki took a look at her and chuckled. "Betsuni, forget I said anything."

~Betsuni….means…never mind!~ The earrings told her. So she did.

"How did you get that black eye, anyway?" Amanda finally asked after they were done.

"I'd uh, rather not talk about that," Taiki said, returning his hat to his head. "And I'm afraid I have to be going."

"Going? Going where? Can I give you a lift? A shower?"

Taiki's eyebrow twitched on the last one, maybe staying out in the park all night wasn't the best for his looks.

"It was nice to meet you, Amanda-san." He reached into his pocket, tossed far too much money on the table to pay for breakfast, and walked off.

"Yeah, nice to meet you too," she said, watching him walk off.

Wow, Taiki Kou! Who would have guessed? Amanda was practically giddy. After he was out of view, she grabbed his napkin, fork, and coffee cup, to point out to Ashe about how cool she was because she had breakfast with a huge star. Then she counted out the cash Taiki left. It was enough to pay for both their meals, plus a 6 dollar tip. Amanda grabbed enough up to leave a one dollar tip, and walked out herself. She only hoped he would find the slip of paper with her number on it that she'd snuck into his hat when it was on the table…

Wow… Taiki Kou…

Raithe sat in her throne room, staring straight ahead into a void before her. Things were certainly not going her way, and she had to change that. But how? And Khayman wasn't being of any help either. He was more of a hinderance. Khayman disagreed with everything she thought of, and it was starting to get on her nerves. Again, he had gone out to do whatever it was he did when he was angry. She needed to do something, and she had to get it done before Khayman got back.

She rose, her conforming red dress flowing behind her feet. She walked slowly over to a small elevated pond kep together by a nest of rocks, the click of her heel echoing through the hauntingly empty room.

She looked into the pool, and after a few moments of concentrating on the still, clear water, and image appeared. The first image was one of Setsuna. It stayed for a moment, unmoving as the image was, the water began to ripple a bit. Slowly, the image changed into one of a tall, somewhat handsome young man with brown hair. Raithe recognised him as the one that Setsuna was with at the ball. The water…it was trying to tell her something. The water seemed to be conscious of Raithe's thoughts, and changed into an image of a hospital in Japan quickly.

Raithe arched an eyebrow, not understanding what it was trying to say. The image in the water vanished for a few moments, and then a final image appeared. The man she had seen before, only he was lying on a bed…she stared closer at it, it was a hospital bed. Now she understood. This man was going to lead her to Setsuna. And with Setsuna out of the way, then nothing could stop her.

She backed up as the image changed suddenly. A name. Raithe knew what she had to do. She backed away from the water more and held her arms over her head. Raithe's form changed from the violet haired woman with huge raven wings, to a tall young girl of about 20. She had midnight black hair down to her shoulders, the style somewhere in between wavy and curly, almost like Michiru's. She wore a uniform that almost matched that of the Dark Kingdom generals. It was white, with golden shoulder-pads on top that looked molded to fit a prince. The lining on the jacket was a deep blood red, and her right sleeve had a slanted gold line halfway up it, and below it, was red. She looked down at herself, quite pleased.

"Well, now is the time to enjoy yourself, Maharet."

* * *

Kunzite stood patiently in the throne room of the Dark Kingdom, waiting for a report from his latest endeavor. To gather energy for the Dark Kingdom, he had sent out a youma to investigate the possibility of using fast food joints as a way to drain energy from humans.

His patience was soon rewarded as a youma wearing an apron appeared. However, she stormed up to him angrily and threw her apron on the floor.

"I got fired today."

"What?" Kunzite said, momentarily taken aback. "How did that happen? Did they . . . find out about you?"

"Actually, the Health Board shut the whole place down." She said with a sigh. She sat down in a chair and relaxed. "Some guy found piece of cat in his vegetarian meal. The way he screamed, you'd think it was it's head or something. I mean, a cat's practically a vegetable anyway, right?"

Kunzite just cringed inside and developed a huge anime sweatdrop.

"And you do NOT want to know what's in those raisin cookies." THIS rivetted Kunzite's attention.

"The . . . the same raisin cookies you've been bringing me home free every day this week?" Kunzite was turning pale as the youma nodded and looked up at him.

"Yeah. It turns out that only have the raisins were actually raisins. But I've decided something master. You know what that is?"

"You…you're going to tell me what's in the rest of those raisins, right?" he said weakly. She shook her head.

"Oh no, Master. The Nuclear Energy Safety Commission says 'Mum's the word' on this one. Actually, I'm going to try again and make you proud of me." Kunzite tugged on his hair in frustration at this incompetent boob.

As she vanished to apply for another job, Kunzite started to turn really pale. Jedite wandered in and looked over Kunzite.

"You okay, Kunzite? Are you sick?"

"Maybe…" Kunzite said weakly. He whimpered and ran out of the room, leaving Jedite to look after him, confused. What was all THAT about?

Surely he heard her now. At least, someone had heard her. She fiddled in her pants pocket in search of a pen and paper. Things looked bad for Hysteria, since a certain kawaii 'lil rabbit-chan, (who had certainly turned back to human by now,) and was in bad shape.

Hysteria started writing an apology letter. Frustrated, she tickled her own nose with the fluff ball on the end of her pen. Such unkawaii events... Hopefully her kawaii little was a rabbit-chan would forgive her. Especially if he received his glasses again. Laying down, she waited, and waited, & waited impatiently for someone to come and help her in some way.

Silently, Calestria crept up behind her. "Daijobu?" she asked quietly.

Hysteria leapt towards the ceiling. Spinning wildly around, she came face to face with someone she had no idea who it was. An elf with gray eyes & short ice blue hair (for an elf) stared back at her. Hysteria blinked a few times, letting the new image sink in.

"Kawaii little Hysteria is fine. Who are you? A kawaii new friend-chan??" asked Hysteria, bouncing up and down nervously. Her mind was racing with questions about the newcomer, but she tried to retain herself and keep control.

"I'm ...Lady Ruin," stated Calestria, "but you may call me Calestria if it's easier for you." She looked the young elven up and down. She seemed to be hyper-active and quite friendly. Perhaps they would get along just as well as the court members she had already met?

Calestria had a brief passing thought of Carnage...

~I don't think so...~

"Ooooh! Pleased to meet you pretty Ruin-chan!!!" giggled Hysteria giddily, "Have you seen any other elves around here?"

"Just Mayhe-" started Calestria.

"MAAAYHEEEM-CHAAAN!!!!" yelled Hysteria, practically making poor Ruin tone-deaf. Her hair flew around her waist in aggravation. Finally, she calmed down and tapped her foot rapidly; eyes wide with excitement.

"Are you alright? And who, may I ask, are you?" Ruin asked, genuinely concerned. There had to be some reason for such "panic."

"Kawaii little Hysteria lost her kawaii little rabbit-chan and Havoc-chan knows what happened to it and maybe Mayhem-chan does and kawaii little Hysteria needs to find her kawaii little rabbit-chan and

this is all just so unkawaii and this whole week has been just so unkawaii and all of kawaii little Hysteria's games have been ruined- no pun intended Ruin-chan- and this is just so UNKAWAII!" blurted out Hysteria in a terrible fit of high speed talking. She never took a breath and stood with many emotions playing across her face. Too many to really understand what was happening to the little elven.

Calestria just looked in amazement that so much could come out of such a little girl. She couldn't think of anything to say. Fortunately, Mayhem walked in the room. Well, for Ruin anyways.

"I see you have met Lady Hysteria," said Mayhem, giving Hysteria a cold look for her rude interruption.

Ruin looked over to Mayhem. "Wait, she's Hysteria?" she asked confused. Hadn't the young elven referred to another person as Hysteria?

"Yes, you'll understand if you just listen to her for a few more minutes," stated Mayhem. He leaned against the wall, crossing his arms and watching.

Hysteria ran up and started pulling on his sleeve, causing him to jerk away and walk across the room as she spoke wildly.

"Mayhem-chan!! What happened to the kawaii 'lil rabbit-chan?!" she frantically asked. Her hands flew with emphasis, coming dangerously close to Calestria. She stepped back to watch what the new events would bring. Perhaps she could catch up on the court activities?

"Why should I tell you, Hysteria?" Mayhem asked, sensing the urgency and remembering the brutal abuse the poor man had taken.

"Because Hysteria is so unkawaii and STUPID! She needs to apologize and give back the kawaii glasses!! My kawaii 'lil rabbit chan's glasses! He needs them back! Maybe Hysteria can use them as a

kawaii 'lil peace offering? She stammered, looking hopeful at the two elves.

Calestria stood there silently, watching the scene with deep interest. Something pulled at her mind when Hysteria mentioned glasses. Her eyes narrowed as certain memories began to enter her mind's eye.

"Ah. Do you know who had them last?"

"Uh-huh!" she replied, bouncing up and down. "Havoc-chan brought them to his realm!"

"Then you had better go get them. I'm sure Havoc has no particular use for them."

"Hai!" Hysteria nodded happily and took off down one of the many hallways. Mayhem looked at Lady Ruin's face. Calestria had a thoughtful expression on her face. "How can a human be a rabbit?" She turned to face Mayhem.

"I'll bet Hysteria put a spell on him. She does things like that. I found her 'rabbit-chan' after the spell had worn off. He was almost dead."

" 'Almost'?!"

"Yes. I had to give him some of my energy to keep him alive until I could get him to one of the human healers, these ...hospitals..."

"Hospitals?" repeated Calestria quickly. "I know almost every clinic and major hospital there is in Japan, let alone Tokyo! Where is he at?"

"What does it matter?"

"I might know the man!" said Calestria, a little defiance in her voice.

Mayhem swept his left arm over nothing, then a small image appeared beside him, showing the front of a large white building. The kangi on the front spelled 'Tokyo Central Hospital' "That's the one."

Mayhem said. "Tokyo Central, though I must admit, strange name. The healers are spread out all over, and this building doesn't even geographically reside in the center of Tokyo."

Calestria stared at it hard. "My mother used to work there..."

Suddenly, her eyes flashed gray, and then she shook her head to clear it. "I mean....I know where that is."

Mayhem nodded and pretended not to notice Calestria's little verbal slip. "Ok. You can take Hysteria there. I would go with you... But I have a few other things I need to attend to." His eyes held a

distant look.

Calestria nodded, as Hysteria came bounding down the hall. "Hysteria-chan found the kawaii 'lil glasses outside his room! Havoc-chan must have dropped them!"

Mayhem looked at the hyper-excited girl. "Good. I actually had taken your rabbit to a hospital earlier, but Lady Ruin here knows where it is, and will take you there. He's badly injured as it is, and probably won't welcome you too much." Mayhem stated. All he wanted was for Hysteria to get lost.

Hysteria gave him a blank look. "H-hos-pit-al??"

Mayhem sighed. "It's a place where human Healers live now. I took him there so he could be healed."

Hysteria's eyes lit up with excitement and worry. "Thank you Mayhem-chan!" she squeaked, blinking a few times, then grinning happily. "Oooh, Hysteria will get to see her kawaii rabbit-chan again, ne? Ne? Ne? And Hysteria-chan can apologize in person, ne?"

Mayhem looked aprehensive. "Ara... Hysteria, be gentle, alright? I will be needing to talk to this boy after he when he is through with the Healers..."

Calestria's eyebrows went up. "A little boy?"

Mayhem looked at her. "I'm not sure how old he is. But his looks suggest he surpasses my age. While I might appear to be 18, he seems a bit older." Mayhem remembered what Chaos had told him...

Calestria thought of all the men she knew ... then a brief image went by her face. "Mokotoi? *gasp* Mamoru-san??" she almost went rigid, thinking of Mamoru in a hospital...but then it came to her. Neither wore glasses....at least, not the kind Hysteria was holding.

"Chaos told me after the Masquerade about the man who saved his life. It was the rabbit, named Michael."

It was as if the wind had been knocked out of her. She remembered the human named Michael! The one who had helped her at the Masquerade!

"Michael,.....he saved your leader, Chaos-sama?... Michael-san..."

Mayhem nodded grimly. "Hai. Michael was the one who dragged Chaos from the main ballroom after Chaos almost was killed by the Dark Warrior.

Calestria nodded.... "So....where is Michael-chan...I mean, him now? In fact, where IS Chaos-sama? Ruckus didn't answer me, earlier.

A flicker of dark emotions crossed Mayhem's face before he could hide them, but just then, Hysteria burst into fresh tears.

"WAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!! It's just TOO un-kawaii! Chaos-chan died! He was fighting one of those horribly un-kawaii Warrior-chans!"

"A ...Disbalance Warrior?

Hysteria threw herself into Mayhem's arms again, sobbing into his robe.

"Like the one at the Masquerade who needed the Elemental, Day?"

Anger and a darker emotion sparked in Mayhem's eyes. "Exactly. This one was after The Moon Princess... Chaos killed it before it could get to her…but not before it killed one other...."

Calestria hid her eyes. "Usagi-chan...." But, once again, Calestria was not hearing the story. She thought of Usagi, who was simple, pure....naive...rude, un-feeling, a jerk!

Calestria's eyes stayed gray this time. "Oh well. Bad things always have happened to good people. Did she at least get roughed up, or did Chaos protect her all the way?"

Mayhem looked up from Hysteria's hair, a little confused, but not showing it. "She wasn't touched."

"Figures," she answered, folding her arms. "Can't go into battle without at least one bodyguard."

Mayhem's eyes widened at the vehemence in Ruin's voice. Calestria only gave him a grim stare, then turned to Hysteria...her mood then softenened. "So, I'm going to accompany you to your rabbit friend,

alright?" Calestria gave herself a look, then frowned. "We can't go out as elves, though!" Mayhem nodded, and looked faintly embarrassed for some reason.

Hysteria nodded, stepping away from Mayhem, and closer to Calestria. Calestria bent down on one knee, so she could look at Hysteria. "H-chan, how do we go outside?"

Hysteria looked at her with wide eyes. "Why, Hysteria-chan always uses magik. It's the only way!"

Calestria cocked an eyebrow. "No diguises? Just as is?"

Hysteria giggled. "Of course, with Kawaii disguise-chans! This one is mine!" She gestured to herself, and her human appearance super-imposed itself onto her body. "Now I'm kawaii Keiko Sachiko-chan!"

"And that's all there is to it?"

Now the shorter Elven girl looked confused. "Na ni?"

Mayhem sighed again. "Hysteria, she means, 'how do you do that spell?'" He looked at Ruin. "It's simple enough. Just visualize what you want to look like in your head, then force that image onto your

body. Holding it there is the hard part."

Calestria nodded.... "I definitively can't go out there looking like my old self; people be asking questions....I have it!"

She closed her eyes as she stood, and crossed her arms across her chest. The one fluid motion had caused her whole look to change, as her face took on a sharper look, and her short ice-blue hair plumed out and down to the floor. Changing quickly to a flame red, the hair put itself in small rabbit odangos, as she opened her eyes. They were brown, as a pair of thick green glasses perched on her face.

Mayhem only raised an eyebrow at her choice, but Hysteria jumped up and down, clapping her hands. "Ah! You make such a kawaii human-chan!"

Calestria gave Hysteria a nervous giggle back, then grabbed her hand. "To the hospital?"

Hysteria nodded. She concentrated for a second, and before Mayhem could blink, she and Ruin had disappeared with no trace of their presence left behind.

So, Calestria & Keiko were walking towards the hospital. Well, Calestria was walking, Keiko was half skipping, half-floating off the sidewalk.

Keiko turned to Calestria, forgetting even to skip in her happiness. "Do you think kawaii rabbit-chan will forgive Hy...Keiko-chan?!" She floated along-side her companion.

Calestria's eyes bugged out, as she pushed Hysteria down. "You don't do THAT in public!

Keiko pouted. "Gomen nasai...but it's so hard to remember all the things Keiko-chan can't do in un-kawaii public."

Calestria nodded, "Hai hai, it's okay...K-chan."

"HAI! Arigato, Cal-chan! I know you'll help keep Keiko-chan out of trouble!" Keiko grabbed Calestria and gave her a huge bear hug.

Calestria's lungs suddenly felt pressed into her spine. She couldn't breathe!

"KEIKO-C-CHAN!!! AIR!!! NEED AIR!!!!" gasped Calestria.

Keiko looked surprised, then comprehension dawned, and she dropped Calestria. She giggled. "Oh, gomen!"

Needless to say, the two made it to the front of the hospital without further incident. Calestria looked up at the sky, it was going on 10:30 am, Tokyo Time. Which reminded her.... she was pretty tired!

Inside at the nurse's station, sat a prunish-looking old woman, who was kinda scrawny. She barked at the two, "Who're you here to see?!"

"My kawaii 'lil rabbit chan!" cried Keiko happily. "Keiko-chan has to see him!!"

The old woman gave her a look. "You're WHAT?! Listen, ain't no rabbits here."

Keiko looked annoyed. "Noooo, Keiko-chan knows he's here! Mayhem-chan said he was, and he doesn't lie to Keiko-chan!"

Calestria face-vaulted upon hearing Keiko called out Mayhem's name. Clapping a hand over her mouth, she nervously laughed. "Uh, we're hear to see Michael."

The woman huffed. "I see. And does MICHAEL-Kun have a last name?! I can't keep track of all the idiots who are in here!"

Calestria felt Keiko getting really p*ssed under her arms, so she said, "Uh, uh, uh (Flatula, Flatrind, WHAT WAS IT!?!) Florian??"

"Relation??"

"Sisters."

"Sisters??" The woman looked at the red in Calestria's hair, and the stark blonde Keiko was. "Wanna try again?"

Keiko squirmed away from Calestria and glared at the old woman. "You are too Un-kawaii!" She reached out and touched the woman's head. She immediately slumped over, the patient roster slipping from her hands. Keiko snatched it up. Calestria freaked. "DID you k-kill her?!" She was giving a "Sh!" in reply.

Keiko started her jumping routine again "Yay! Keiko-chan found his kawaii name here! My rabbit-chan is in room 340!" She looked around at the stark white surroundings. "But...Keiko-chan sees no

kawaii number-chans!"

Calestria noticed a few doctors running towards the nurses' station, and hustled Keiko down a hall.

As the docs attended to the sleeping hag, Calestria breathed a sign of relief. Then, Keiko and her walked all over, finally reaching the third floor.

Keiko now saw her number-chans and quickly spotted 340. "Here it is!"

Calestria pulled Keiko backed, and shushed her. "Don't you hear voices inside?" She put an ear to the door.

There were a number of female voices, including one that Calestria knew so well, ...Usagi Tsukino... Keiko joined C at the door, trying to hear anything from behind the thick wood.

Princess Hikari awaken from her ageless sleep. She stood from her bed letting her long white hair fall loose around her like a cape of light and frowned instantly.

"I was a sleep to long." She said walking over to the wood carved dragon hard with one Lapis Lazuli gemstone eye which seemed to be winking at onlookers. "Something's wrong. I've been asleep for 50 years."

Princess Hikari sat down and began to play on the harp a Japanese melody she had learned when she visited Japan in 1989 or eleven years ago depending on how one looked at it. She had to find out what happened. Feeling the music as she played she drawled upon the power of music to bring second sight.

In a voice like silver chimes Princess Hikari sang. "Music magic come to me; Music magic let me see. Music wakes the Muse in me; music magic come to me. Music magic opens me to the Music Mystery. Mystic Mind awake in me." Images of the night 9 planetary senshi the Ancient Magic and of the girl

called Hikari's memories shown in her mind's eye like a movie.

"Yurusenai. This Tsuki Hikari isn't me. Except for the eyes we don't even look alike. Polar opposites. A sword? I don't use a sword but the 'Moonlight Beam attack is my younger attack it's now 'Double Moonlight Beam now." Hikari work through the information see saw.

"Where am I?" Came a voice all to well known to Princess Hikari as her own but it wasn't hers.

Princess Hikari turned to face her polar opposite. "Princess Lunari . . . how-"

"Did I come to be here?" Princess Lunari finished Princess Hikari's sentence. Hikari nodded.

Lunari shrugged.

"Here is my special place I go when I need to think. I brought you her to talk." Hikari replied. "The Question is there two of us."

Lunari shrugged as she took in the sights. The walls had scenes of landscape and castles. While the room's furniture seemed to match the scenes close to the part of wall the item was near.

The harp was the first piece to catch her eye. The Dragon carved in a white wood or marble seemed to be winking at her as it stood near the wall with a seen of dragons flying in the clouds.

"I have an idea on where you came from and probably even why but how is a little fuzzy unless the Dimensional Fabric is being affected somehow."

Hikari said getting the feeling that three little girls that formed the

Powder Puff Girls had wound up in this dimension a little while ago. "You are from a parallel dimension."

"Are you serious?" Lunari asked. "Do you know what that sounds like?"

"Yes on both counts. The events of the past weren't like that at all; though I too feel responsible for, Queen Placidity, my mother's death. Just as much as young Sailor Pluto would if she remembered. I knew what was to be before hand."

Lunari looked at Hikari. "Well it makes one of use."

Hikari face softened. "You are the youngest; are you not?"

Lunari nodded. "How?"

"The hypnosis Seishi had placed on you a while back. I was second born and how I tend to be over looked sometimes like most middle children do throughout time I helped look after Sereneness and Seishi after Phasiphae died." Hikari realized the problem of Lunari. "Lunari you needn't be hard on yourself. You were too young to take everything upon yourself like that. You did your best and therefore there is another to be ashamed about. There is a way for you to strengthen you mind as well if you want me to show you."

"Yes."

"Come."

Hikari lead Lunari into a park. For the next few hours Hikari showed Lunari how to strengthen her mind from attack. Lunari's attitude began to lighten and she smiled with a glow like Hikari's smile.

In the shadows lurked a creature of darkness. It had watched since the two girls appeared in the park. They seemed to be a good choice to drain the energy from. It decided to attack. The studies turned to a game of tagging match of two giggling girls.

"How is it possible that we can be in the same time and place?" Lunari asked as she enjoyed herself.

"The slight differences in our being makes seem like two different people." Hikari replied.

A creature leaped from the shadows being its fangs. The two girls stopped and looked at the large bluish-gray, eight arm, reptile skin creature and then at each other.

Lunari pulled out her silver locket with the half star and sapphire moon on it and shouted. "Silver Crescent Moon Power, Make Up!"

Lunari's locket opened up, and transformed into a golden crescent moon. A ring of moonlight formed at Lunari's feet, and rose upward slowly as silver moon dust. Her uniform magically formed: Like Sailor Galaxia's, made out of an extremely light and shiny plate armor. Her black hair was wound magically into a braid, and her silver tiara flashed on her forehead, with a sapphire stone in the center. On her lips was a sheer shade of pink lipstick. Finally, her silver blade appeared, and she posed behind a golden crescent moon. Sailor Half

Light gripped her blade tightly, ready to fight. Before she went into battle, she snapped her fingers, and a silver mask like Tuxedo Kamen's, appeared.

Sailor Half Light slipped this over her face, her eyes showing through. One second Hikari stood in a white gown the next she was engulfed in a silver light that when subsided she stood in sailor fuku accented with shades of blue, dark green, hearts, moons and a pair of white wings. Her hair with done up in two heart shape buns with pony tails streaming downward; a typical style of the Moon Family.

"Two Sailor Half Lights." Lunari/Sailor Silver Crescent said.

"No waiting." Hikari/Sailor Half Light finished.

The creature lunged at Sailor Half Light; pined her to the ground. Sailor Silver Crescent pulled out her sword; striking the creature on the arm severing it from its body. It screamed and released Sailor Half Light.

"Boy it's fast." Sailor Half Light said between breaths; holding. "Double-"

"Moonlight Beam Strike!" The two girls chorused.

Three silver beams of massive energy spine towards the creature; striking the creature head own in a burst of silver sparkling light.

"Moon dusted." Sailor Silver Crescent cheered.

Sailor Half Light just looked at the spot as the sparkle settled to reveal four two arm reptilian creatures; two blue and two gray. Sailor Silver Crescent saw them too.

"Yurusenai!" Both chorused.

Sailor Half Light picked up some sand from the ground charging in with energy.

"Trap of sand trap the ills. Trap the bane and Evil wills!" Sailor Half Light announced as she threw the sand back to the ground. The sandy ground beneath the rises up; trapping the four instantly before they could move. The creatures didn't take too well at being struck in the sand trap raised their arms toward the two girls; send an energy blast.

Sailor Silver Crescent raised her arms to the sky and a silver dome of protection formed around them neutralizing the energy blasts sent from the creature. Over the heads of the creatures the air rippled and a vortex seem to appear.

"Masaka." The two chorused.

"A dimensional vortex." Sailor Half Light replied. "These creatures . . .a creature's energy signature is not the average run of the mill demon."

"You realized that just now?" Sailor Silver Crescent exclaimed. "You just going to stand there?"

"Breath." Sailor Half Light said crossing her arms across chest.

"Crescent Moon Eclipse!"

A Silver Crescent Moon engulfed the four creatures drawing them into one creature. The creature's body seemed to flicker in the silvery light.

"Lovely!" The creature screamed out as it flickered away in burst of sparkles like Sailor Moon's Rainbow Heart Attack.

"Moon dusted!" The two chorused as the pulled out their white mini computers with crescent moons on the top.

"Fascinating." Sailor Half Light said. "The area has been distorted for 16 years. The energy of the demon's unusual energy signature with the-"

"Combined energy of both of us cause it tear more." Sailor Silver Crescent finished. "It's my dimension."

"Apparently the tear was only big enough for your soul to travel to this dimension, but now-"

"It's bigger."

"The distortion is also what effected my not awaking 16 years ago. We have to fix this before anything from your dimension come into this one."

"I need to return to my own world."

"Yes," Sailor Half Light said then added. "Remember the lessons and thank you for all you have done. you handed yourself admirably, Lunari."

The two girls hugged. Sailor Silver Crescent stepped into the now touching the ground vortex with a wave. Sailor Half Light tracked her passage through the vortex to safety on the other side. "I call the forces of stability, foundation and Prosperity." Sailor Half Light began to chant as the night wind rises in strength; tossing her ponytails in the around. "I call the forces of freshness, thought, and movement."

Sailor Silver Crescent stood in front of the vortex with the suns warmth and strong breeze; chanting. "I call the forces of freshness, thought, and movement. I call the forces of love, purification, and healing."

"From the soil; from the stone; from the wind-swept sky; from the flaming power cone;" Sailor Half Light chanted with her palms up.

"From the water's sigh; I now call the bonded force of Elemental power;"

"Come here from your primal source: be here in this hour!" Sailor half light moved her hands in a clockwise circles towards the vortex. "Earth empower my Magic!"

The earth around her stood in wait from her call.

"Air empower my magic! Fire empower my magic!"

"Water empower my magic! Akasha empower my magic." Sailor Half Light said with all the five elements. "Gods of the Ancient times; Selene, great goddess of the Moon guide me."

Sailor Half Light had built up energy of all forces in magic to heal directed the power towards the vortex.

"Healing forces small and great; heal this dimensional tear before it's too late!"

She sent forth the power guiding it as it healed the tear in the dimensional fabric of space till it was gone.

*

The vortex gone Sailor Silver Crescent visualized the powers she called upon returning to where she call them forth. She checked her mini-computer to check on the reading; which stated clean. She transformed into her street clothes. And headed out of the park. As she did she was knock down by a girl with white-blond hair in two meatball hair style.

"I'm sorry to have runned into-" The girl said.

"Usagi." Lunari/Hikari said.

"Huh? That's a first." She smiled. "I'm usual called Meatball Head. My name is Serena."

"My name is Tsuki Hikari."

"Nice to meet you Tsuki."

"Oh, it's Hikari. In Japan the last name is said first." Lunari/Hikari said with a smile.

"Want to go to the arcade with me?"

"Sure."

The two girls ran off to have fun.

*

To make certain the distortion was gone Sailor Half Light checked her mini-computer's reading. "Clean. I have a feeling Lunari is going to be fine from now on."

Sailor Half Light looked around and sighed. "Time to get done to business. I'm out of here."

Seeing there was no one around Sailor Half Light disappeared into thin air.

Michael leaned back in the chair they gave him and relaxed a little. He grinned like an idiot as he poked all the healed spots. While they stung like hell, he was alive enough to know that. Michael had no clue why he was recovering so fast, but he was happy enough to cheat death once again.

He got up for a moment and stretched. Better take it easy for awhile, though. He wasn't fully recoverd yet. Michael glanced around him with a frown on his face. He had been separated from Mamoru after leaving the Intensive Care Ward and placed in his own room. Usagi, Seiya, and Hotaru were naturally where he was.

Oh well. Better this than the morgue.

*

"Can I help you miss...?" The nurse at the desk asked.

"Yes...I'm looking for this man, I'm a friend of his."

"Oh, Michael Florian hmm?" The nurse looked her over. "I don't suppose you're the one that brought him here?"

"Afraid not." She shook her head.

"What's you're name?"

Raithe hesitated for a moment. "Kanae Ohtori."

The nurse nodded, and pointed to the direction of the room. "Right down there. First room on the right."

Kanae walked into the room, and her eyes locked with Michael's on first sight of him. They held a the gaze for a moment, until Kanae's voice broke the awkward silence. She smiled through her dark lips, and

handed him a single black rose.

"It's nice to see you again, although I wish it was on better terms. I thought maybe this would make you feel better."

Before he could say a word, the door to Michael Florian's room opened and a nurse with white hair the same color as her nurse's uniform. Even though her hair was white her face indicated she was not old at all. She smiled.

"Good day." She cheerfully said in an English accent as she walked into Michael's bed and took his wrist. "Time to check on how you are doing today. Oh, a visitor? This may take a while. Don't mind me."

The nurse began to take Michael's pulse as she looked at her watch.

"Um...." Michael started. He looked from nurse to the stranger who claimed she knew him with a confused look. "Who are you people?"

Raithe withdrew her hand and the rose when the nurse walked in. Slowly, she inched her way around the nurse and over to the other side of the bed. She held the rose tight in her hand and sat down in one of the cushioned chairs, waiting for the nurse to leave.

'I better make this quick before anyone else comes in.' She thought. 'I just hope Khayman doesn't find out where I am, he'll ruin everything.'

Raithe leaned back in her chair, and held the rose to her chest, keeping her eyes on Michael.

Hikari looked at the wall she had painted of flying dragons in the sky as she sat next to the Dragon Harp; recalling the days at Harper Hall on Pern in the Rukbat system. The painting of the dragons without their riders during a time when there was no threadfall; it was a nice world with two moons, Timor and Beior.

"Lunari is back in her dimention and we were able to close the vortex before the Dark Kingdom had awakened by years."

Hikari ran her hand across the strings of the harp sticken a cord then looked down at the silver heart locket in her other hand which rested in her lap. She opened it smooth silvery surface to reveal a sapphire jewel that sparkled as it caught the light.

"Lunari's locket enabled her to transform into scout form." Hikari closed the cover and stood. Before stepping away from the harp she laid her locket down on the stool. "Better make a list."

Hikari walked over to the coffee table and picked her mini-computer and began to type.

"One . . . Family. Lunari was in a foster family." Hikari looked at the word family. She had her family. She knew her mother had sent her little sister here to this time and also knew her niece and nephew would be here too among the senshi of the Gold and Silver Milleniums. "The foster parent may be worried."

Hikari frowned as she typed the next item.

"Two . . . School. Do I really have to be in school?" She thought a moment that if all the girls are school age they would be probably in school. "I'll hold off on that one. Three . . . appearance."

Hikari looked at her self in the full length mirror as she walked into her bed chamber.

"Except for our hair color and personality we look alike. Maybe this is one since family and school would be covered in this. Hypnosis? That would be a lot of people to hypnotize. Hmm. What to do? I've got it." Hikari looked at her complete list.

1. Appearance

2. Family

3. School

4. Senshi

Hikari nodded in approval at the list and walked back into the main room and picked up her locket and disappeared.

Sailor Typhoon layed on her bed and just wondering about the annoying little things that were goitn on in her life. As Sailor Typhoon had always drawn her powers from the golden crystal. She walked shakily to the bureau and open the little velvet box on it. The crystal was gone! Sailor Typhoon fell back faint n the floor.

"Um...." Michael started. He looked from nurse to the stranger who claimed she knew him with a confused look. "Who are you people?"

"I'm nurse Light Feather." The nurse showed her name tag which read 'A. Light Feather' on it. She pulled out a thermometer from her top pocket of her nurse's uniform. "Keep it under your tong."

Raithe leaned back in her chair, and held the rose to her chest, keeping her eyes on Michael. Light Feather picked up Michael's medical chart and wrote down the pulse results in the charts. For the next few minutes Light Feather checked Michael's blood pressure, temperature and heart rate; writing the results on the chart.

"Everything's working in top order." Light Feather said. "Breakfast be in; in a little while."

"Have a nice morning." Light Feather put her medical instruments in the proper pockets and walked out of the room.

Michael was in fact, in room 341. He had been moved there after recovering and it had a connecting door to 340. The nurse had just left to examine Mamoru and Michael ducked into the bathroom to avoid the strange lady with the piercing stare and black something in her hand.

"I got to get out of here. . . " Michael said to himself. "But how? Oh! My clothes!" Mamoru must have dropped a fresh pair off when he saw Michael before becoming a patient himself. Michael quickly changed into them and squinted to see himself in the mirror. His prescription sunglasses were in the other pants, sadly.

He opened the door and was taken aback. He was in room 342! These hospitals were just constructed oddly, he thought and exited to the hallway, indending to see Mamoru. However, he saw two blurs hovering outside the door to room 340.

Leaning in as close as he could, he managed to make out two odd girls just listening to the conversation inside. Backing up, Michael tiptoed in the other direction. Eventually, he came to the elevator and punched the button to open the doors.

However, he heard two voices that seemed oddly familiar and the sound of running footsteps in his direction. He quickly entered the elevator and pressed the first button he touched. The doors closed as the blurs entered his weak range of vision once again.

The elevator started moving and Michael blew a sigh of relief. However, he wasn't pleased when it started going up instead of down.

Deciding to just go with where he ended up, Michael left the elevator on the top floor.

As he walked, he noticed that only faint light sources were on. If his sight was working properly, he'd have noticed the sign saying that this floor was under construction. Turning, he accidentally knocked a support out, sending a whole pile of bricks down in front of the elevator doors.

"D'OH!" No going out that way. "I got to find another way out of here." Michael kept walking forward, throwing caution to the winds. Speaking of wind, there was a draft coming from down the hall.

After so many twists and turns, poor Michael finally found himself atop the hospital roof. He groaned loudly as he looked over the city as best he could.

A small breeze played with his brown hair, sending a few strands in front of his eyes. Without looking at the stairwell leading back, he spoke.

"You two are awful determined to catch up to me." He smiled briefly as he heard sudden movement from behind him. "I could feel you following me for awhile now."

"Who are you?" This time, he spoke directly and waited patiently for an answer.

Calestria and Keiko had ran after Keiko had pointed Michael out. They managed to catch the elevator up with him. Keiko was going to hug Michael, but Cal-chan had stopped her.

Now on the roof, Calestria was dumb-founded. The way the wind was blowing Michael's hair made him look real handsome...yet he kept squinting for some off the wall reason... wait!

"H-...Keiko-chan, remember you FOUND this man's glasses?" she hissed in her ear. "Maybe now would be a good time to hand them back. NO HUGGING!!"

"Okay," bubbled Hysteria. She darted up to Michael, causing him to start in surprise. Eying him carefully, she pulled the glasses out of her pocket.

"Uhm, glasses for a kawaii little was a rabbit-chan!?" Hysteria said with a pleading look in her eyes. She held them out far from her body in a gesture that said, "I'm not worthy oh Great One." Her eyes got that expression of guilt that can shatter anyone's resistance to kawaii-ness.

"Oh, and a note. I'M SORRY KAWAII WAS ARABBIT-CHAN!!!!" wailed Hysteria. She shifted her weight back and forth in tears. It was quite evident she was sorry right down to her inner being.

She may have been putting on the greatest bit of sorrow in history, but Michael had barely noticed. He was too busy looking at his glasses. He just started to murmur to himself as he had an unusual emotion on his face. Almost calmness.

"Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." He looked up and placed the glasses on his head, restoring his vision. He took a step towards the girl who offered him his glasses back and bent so they were eye-level and his face was inches from hers.

"I know who you are, little elf." Michael said, in an almost whisper. He had no fear in his eyes, but rather a look of kind understanding. He reached up gingerly and wiped a tear off 'K-Chan's' face. The corners of his mouth drew back in a smile.

"Don't worry. I forgive you." He straightened ever so slightly and kissed Hysteria on the cheek. She froze in place, surprised. Michael stood to face the other girl and nodded in her direction.

"To what do I owe this honor, miss elf?" Now it was Calestria's turn to be surprised. "Don't be shocked. It's not that hard to figure it out you two are part of Chaos's bunch. Who else would have my glasses or know I was a rabbit? What I'd like to know is what are you two doing here?"

* * *

For the past few days, Mei had been wandering, trying to get used to this planet, but she was still confused as to many things. The first thing she realized that was this type of money called yen. Everything seemed more complicated than where she had been reborn. And then remembering some things from a past life that seemed so distant and vague.

And then being called here, to be flooded with incomplete memories of her past life and to find the circle again, broken and then complete again. She rejoiced to be with them, but filled with terrible sorrow and pain that Shinrai was gone even before she could meet her again and that she had not been here in time to help, to protect Usagi, the one with the warm light. Chaos… he had helped. He and Shinrai… For some reason, she couldn't help but compare with herself and the chaos entity, but that wasn't right. They were different things. It wasn't fair of her to do that. She would only pray that they would always be happy from now on.

As for her sisters, she turned to see them still quietly mourning. She was worried for them and for herself because she didn't know how she was supposed to be leading them if she had fallen to the chaos entity and also because she could lead if... Would they still trust her after she told them all the things she had done? If they knew, would have still acted the same way when they came together in this place? She had to tell them and find out. Her eyes closed for a moment, putting some order to the events of the years she had been alive.

Her hands clenched together tightly. It was all right to be worried about, afraid of how they would respond. "I have to tell you something." She only could look sadly at them when they turned to her.

"What do you know of the Sailor Wars? And of Sailor Galaxia?"

Hisoka looked at her. "Shinrai told me the whole story since Sailor Moon first show up. She said that Sailor Galaxia was a good being possessed by an evil entity called chaos, but her real self never meant to hurt anyone. The only thing she didn't want to reveal was the identity of Galaxia because she said I would know eventually." She shrugged. "I guess she is a nice girl."

Mei looked at Ureshii and Yuuki. She didn't know what it was. Maybe it was the expression on their faces or the feeling from them. "You know."

"Know what?" Hisoka asked.

"That I'm Galaxia." Mei closed her eyes, briefly recalling all the destruction that she had caused so wrongly because she had tried to stop the chaos entity alone. She opened her eyes. "What I want to know is if you can fully trust me, knowing that? Knowing that I destroyed so much alone, that I let the chaos entity have me."

Ureshii looked at Mei. " What are you talking about? You're not with the Chaos any longer.." She hesitated, falling back on her words and thinking on what she had said. Then she wondered if they really could trust her…of course they could! Ureshii sighed, still unsure. "Mei..."

"Mei-san...I...I trust you. How could it be otherwise? I don't know you that well...but somethig inside me is yelling that I can rely on you" Hisoka smiled shily.

Calestria was stock still, he was cuter, but almost a little sad that they were elves. Well, Hysteria was. Wait, she was too! Calestria pushed up her glasses, and blushed. "....."

Hysteria was so in kawaii shock that she lost her concentrartion and shed her Keiko disguise. Not that it shocked Michael any, since he knew they were elves anyway. But now, he looked...almost expectant for Calestria to speak., or act, or do something.

It was a rather embarrassing silence for the two girls, when Calestria just patted Hysteria on the back. Knowing what acute hearing she had vs her old human self, she spoke below a whisper to Hysteria.

"Let's leave. We did what you came for... Would you like to go for a treat later... or now?"

Hysteria nodded her head vigorously all of a sudden. "Hai!" she bellowed in a normal kawaii voice, breaking the silence.

Michael gave them a confused look. "'Hai'? Hai what?"

Calestria just bowed to him. "I hope they aren't to damaged," she said quickly, meaning the glasses.

*

Raithe slipped out of the room quietly when she saw Michael escape through the bathroom. She could tell she had frightened him a bit. If it wasn't for that silly nurse, things would be going perfectly for her.

However, Raithe knew she could work around these interruptions. She quietly walked the halls of the hospital, until she reached the elevator. She arched an eyebrow and leaned against the wall for a moment, unsure of where he could have gone. Holding the rose to the side, she lowered her head and closed her eyes. She could feel a power emanating from the roof of the building. That was probably where we was. Raithe shook out of her trance and stepped into the elevator.

When the elevator reached the top floor, Raithe stepped out, and quickly walked towards the stairs to the roof. She opened the door quietly, so as not to be heard. Before emerging, she placed the rose between her teeth, and transformed herself into a crow. She flew out the door quickly and perched atop the small room where she had come from. She placed the rose in front of her, and waited. She would catch him along if it took her all day.

*

Hysteria pursed her lips; wide-eyed. Her eyes never left Michael as she bowed quite low in the typical elven manner. "Uhm, hai! right!" was all that she could say. Hysteria pulled out a rumpled note out of her pocket and handed it to Michael. He took it, and found it written half in his tongue, half in some strange runes.

Calestra looked over to Hysteria as a small squeak and look of surprise overcame her face. Next thing Calestra knew, Hysteria had suddenly blinked out and wasn't anywhere to be seen. Sighing, she started walking for the elevator.

Michael gave the spot where Hysteria once stood dumbfounded, an expression that pretty much said, "Figures!" played across his face.

Calestra looked only once back, and walked into the elevator. 'Where did that Hysteria take off to?' she wondered. She looked back and almost jumped in surprise. In the corner of the elevator sat her companion for the evening, still in shock.

"Hi," the little elf murmered, and said no more.

"Hysti-chan," she said softly, as the doors closed behind her. "What's the matter?"

Hysteria just gingerly touched the cheek that Michael had kissed, as if it was a newborn, needed to be treated with utmost care.

Calestria sat down, her disguise fading. "So.... you think he's ... kawaii?"

Hysteria's head shot up, as her aqua eyes shifted to match Calestria's gaze. She then ducked her head, but Calestria could have sworn she was blushing. Instead, she stood, and pressed the number for

the lobby.

Both were thinking their own thoughts, but made one fatal move, as the doors opened.

Amanda was clutching a bunch of paper items and silverware to her chest, as she waited patiently for the elevator. well, actually, that wasn't the truth. She was showing any nurse, doctor, patient, dead body that happened along all the COOOOL STUFF she had snagged from having breakfast with Taiki! Oooh, breakfast with a STAR! Ashe was gonna be soooo pissed!

But suddenly, she felt a strange aura land in the lobby, and she knew it wasn't gas from the tabasco sauce.

Calestria had pulled Hysteria to her feet to exit, when the doors opened to reveal a girl, who was just as shocked to see them...and that's when Calestria remembered!

~OUR DISGUISES!! OH NO!~

So two elven women and one human female stared each other, both frozen.

Amanda dropped her armful of Taiki memorabilia with a loud clang that echoed down the halls. She stared at the two ladies before her. Something was different about these two...

Must be the pointy ears.

Elves. Two of 'em. In a hospital no less.

"Here for plastic surgery?" Amanda asked them, quietly gathering nega energy. These must be some of the elves Dr. N had warned her about. And her first instinct was to blast them back to wherever the hell they came from. "The ears give you away."

One of them giggled. "Silly little human-chan! I like my kawaii pointy ears the way they are!"

The other elbowed her in the ribs. "Don't start that now. This one isn't quite human."

"You have no idea," Amanda said quietly. She threw a hand up in the air, and fired a huge blast of dark power into the elevator. The two elves leapt clear just as the blaze filled the car. The doors closed quietly as the elevator fell to the basement and smashed to approximately fourteen hundred eighty-six pieces.

The un-kawaii elf backed away slowly, as the other one started wailing, "She tried to kill Hysteria-chan!"

Amanda raised an eyebrow. Her name was Hysteria? That must be some serious prozac she was on. "Would you PLEASE shut the hell up?!" She dug her heel back and leapt towards Hysteria, nailing her square in the stomach with her shoulder. Hysteria lost her breath and fell backwards with a silent scream.

Amanda was so involved in beating Hysteria's kawaii little ass, she never saw the forearm come down and smash the back of her neck. A blast of pain flew through her veins, and she fell forward onto Hysteria.

"You bitch!" the standing elf shouted. "You don't even know who we are! Why the hell are you trying to kill us?!"

Amanda rolled over and stared at the blurred vision of the elf standing above her. "Just... doing my job, you pointy-eared ho." She flicked a finger upwards and tossed a thin but potent blast of energy into the elf's head. It wasn't enough to knock her out, but it pushed her back several feet.

She heard a familiar voice. "What in the name of Tom Crusie's nose...?"

"Ashe!" Amanda said. "They're elves!"

Ashe drew a handgun. "Hey, did Santa get my letter?" He snapped the firearm forward and pulled the trigger.

The standing elf dodged the bullet by dematerializing, and reappeared 6 feet away. She spoke not a word, but with a flick of her arm, she and Hysteria escaped from more harm.

Ashe pocketed the gun and offered Amanda his hand. "I guess we're on the bad list now, huh?"

Amanda stood slowly and shook her head to get rid of the pain. "I think we just met our enemy. And they're mean. Except for that little one... she's on some form of drug."

"We better go," Ashe said, "The nurses are starting to look at us funny." He slung one of Amanda's arms over his shoulders and carried her out.

"But what about Michael and Mamoru?" Amanda asked him.

"I left one of our cards on the table," Ashe replied. "If they remember us, they'll call."

"Ugh," Amanda sighed. "Remind me not to attack those supernatural mischief-makers head-on again."

As the two walked out of the hospital, an elven woman suddenly jumped out behind them. Her gray eyes held intense hatred, as a breeze blew by the three.

Amanda felt it first. She turned, and cried out.

Before Ashe & Amanda could physically react, they were blown off the steps to the sidewalk by an arctic blast to their backs.

Ashe sheilded Amanda as they rolled un-gracefully into the road, his gun lost on the sidewalk.

Amanda was bleeding it seemed from her head, but it was just a small gash above her right eyebrow.

A woman floated above them, snarling.

"Don't you ever, EVER, harm Hysteria like that again!" she hissed.

Ashe wanted to get up for his damn gun, but instead he felt Amanda charging up a blast. He had to hold the elven woman there...

"Who the hell are you?!"

"...I am majestic, ingenius, and the act of destroyed. I am Lady Ruin, in the Order of the Court of.... Chaos..."

"Well destroy this, you Vulcan slut!" shouted Amanda, shooting off a blast.

This time, Lady Ruin was ready. A spiral funnel of snow wrapped around her, and she thrust it downward at the beam.

Ashe's eyes widened as the beam was frozen into a line of ice, which fell to the ground.

The girl landed, as a small pool of water formed in the road's pavement. "I warn you... Do not mess with me! Your attacks will only be stopped, now that the element of surprise is on MY side. I'll fight

for those who are valuable to me, even if it means your d... your ..."

Suddenly, Lady Ruin's gray eyes filled with tears, as they changed to a shade of blue. "Oh, Kami...no.... I-I can't...."

With a sob, Calestria shot down into the pool, which meta-morphed back to the pavement.

The partners were left in the road, clutching to each other.

After a long silence, Ashe commented, "You know, she's not bad looking for a Santa employee."

"I think she's a little touched, and I don't mean by Chaos, either," added Amanda, "something was screwy in her eyeballs, didn't ya see? HEY! Speaking of see, I'm bleedin' all over the damn place! Oh, did I mention I had breakfast with someone?"

Hikari entered the two story house with the key Lunari had given to her among a few things to help her to come face to face with a small girl and a not so small boy dressed in pajamas. The clock on the hall enterway table read 3:37 a.m.

"Elian-mama is going to scold you." Said the small girl; snuggling a small doll.

"Aren't you two supose to be sleeping?" Hikari asked the two quietly.

"Hõseki woke up and wanted Curly Locks." The boy commented dryly.

"Nendo was being mean." Hõseki pouted.

"I was not." Nendo replied.

The two stuck their tungs out at eachother. Hikari sighed and stepped between the two children.

"Okay. Hõseki, you have Curly Locks and Nendo stop fighting with your sister. She's younger than you." Hikari commented then lead them up stairs. "Now, you two fungus better get to sleep or else . . . I won't make pancakes for breakfast."

"You don't cook, Hika-chan." Hõseki as she went into her room.

"I do now." Hikari replied with a smile.

As the Hõseki and Nendo went to their room; Hikari's illusion of black hair faded away to her regular white hair color. She looked over the room for the next two hours and changed clothes. Lunari, by the looks of it, had been her for a few weeks with all her things still packed in their boxes mark with 'Hikari' on them.

She had decided to fix the coffee and get familiar with the kitchen so she went down stairs to the kitchen. When she reached the first floor landing she felt she was being watched and turned to see Hõseki looking down at her from the second floor; looking for Hikari's approval to be down stairs.

"Okay, you can come down." Hikari whispered.

Hõseki troted down the stairs with Curly Locks draging in one hand behind her. "Hika-chan?"

"Hmm?"

"What did you do to your hair?"

"I washed the black die out."

"Oh."

"There you are." Nendo came down stair; noticing Hikari's hair. "What did you do to your hair."

"Washed the black hair die out of it." Hikari replied.

"I didn't know you died your hair?" Nendo replied.

"I did." Hikari commented. "Why don't you two watch morning cartoons while I start breakfast. And not too load."

"Okay." The two chorused.

The two kids went to the living room to watch TV while she went into the kitchen to make breakfast.

Hikari was listening to an old American CD entitled "Grease 2' as she was finishing up making breakfast when a tall red hair woman with green eyes walked into the room.

"Hõseki and Nendo watching TV quitly and you're cooking, Hikari? Will wonders never cease?" Elian said yawning; noticing Hikari's white hair. "Your hair?"

"Yeah." Hikari pored a glass of coffee and handed it to Elian as she ran her hand in her white hair. "Washed the black die out of it. You like?"

"Well . . .I . . .well" A little speechless Elian took a sip of her coffee. "Mmm. The cooffee's good? It's nice. I wasn't aware that you died your hair, Hikari."

"It's been awhile. Many foster homes know of me as having black hair. I needed a change." Hikari smiled holding a plate of pancakes. "Made breakfast."

A man in a buisness suit walked in; taking a cup of coffee from Hikari's hand and went to kiss Elian on the cheek. Hikari thought this must be my foster father.

"Good morning dear." The man said then took a sip of coffee. "Good coffee."

"Hikari made it." Elian commented.

"She did?" The man said noticing Hikari finally. "What did you do to your hair? Go wash it out-"

"Ken, dear, that's her original color; she washed out the black die which had in it." Elian commented cutting off Ken's order.

"Oh," Speechless Ken drank some more coffee. "Good coffee. Got to go."

Ken went to the door and picked up his briefcase and left as Hõseki and Nendo came in and sat at the table. Breakfast was eaten and Hikari with some help from Hõseki washed the dished. The kitchen clock read five minutes to eight.

"I have to go." She commented as she ran to the door. "Can you take Hõseki and Nendo to the park while I go to the grocey store, Hikari?" Elian asked getting her purse. "Just for any hour."

"I don't need a babysitter. I'm 10 years old." Nendo shouted.

"Okay." Hikari replied. "Come on you two."

"Yeah Hika-chan's babysitting us." Hõseki cheered as she ran to Hikari's side.

The three walked; Hikari pulled out her mini-computer, which looked like a calculator, from her pocket; bringing up her list and marking Appearance and Family on the list.

<<Two down; two to go.>> Hikari thought to herself.

For the next hour Hikari watched the two kids play at the park. They returned to the house the same time Elian did and helped with the grocies. Hikari checked her heart shape buns in the enterway mirror and then went on her way. While walking her came to the steps to an old shrine; deciding to check out the place she hadded up.

* * *

Taiki wondered what had become of Seiya, since he had tried calling and no answer. But, not wanting to return yet, (and because of his pride) he decided to visit someone who probably give him some sympathy.

After a brisk jaunt through Usagi's neighborhood (Eh? She's not home? Thank you, Mrs. Tsukino. Yes, I know it's early. Yes, I'm one of the Three Lights. *sweatdrop* Yes, I do need a shower.), Taiki showed up at the Hikawa Shrine, and proceeded up the stairs to find Rei-chan.

Instead, he saw an old man trying to hit on this girl with white hair, who looked incredibly embarrassed. Feeling gallant, he cleared his throat and walked over to the two.

Hikari nicely declined the offer of a position at the Hikawa Shrine from the old man, who referred to himself as 'Grampa'; trying to hide her embarrassment at the harmless advances the man gave. She had many individuals try to hit on her from many worlds in the Universe over a wide period of time.

Hikari bowed and was about to make a graceful retreat as a tall young man about 6' 2" with long brown hair and violet eyes with a similar and yet strange aura walked over to them. The young man seem to need a shower.

She smiled puzzlingdly.

"Hello." Hikari said to the newcomer.

"Ohaiyo Gouzaimasu," came the reply, as he stopped. "Is Hino Rei home?"

Grandpa, a bit embarrassed, just nodded his head, and went off to wake her up.

Taiki nodded to the white-haired girl. "Are you waiting for Rei as well?"

"Kanasha." Hikari said as she watched Grampa leave to get Rei; realizing that the young man had ask if she was waiting for Rei as well.

Hikari asked herself if Lunari and Rei had know each other. Hikari turned to the young man.

"I'm just taking stroll." Hikari said with a smile; thinking to herself. <<Though it is possible that I am; if she is young Princess of Mars.>>

"Oh, I'm forgetting my manors. I'm Tsuki Hikari." Hikari said holding out her hand to the young man. "You are?"

"Kou Taiki," he said, taking the extended hand, then abruptly kissed it. "It's always nice to meet a fan of the Three Lights in such a peaceful setting, ne? A lot better than the throngs of girls pushing and crowding us in at the amphitheater." He flashed her a grin, thinking in a brief moment that maybe Tsukino Usagi had more family than she cared to let on. And after the whole Chibi-Chibi thing (well, she wasn't related in THAT way), he wouldn't be surprised if this girl was either, a) obsessed with Sailor Moon, b) obsessed with the Three Lights, c) or maybe Fate decided to drop off another member of the Moon family. Of course, choice c was way off the mark, but Taiki was getting used to pretty weird things flying up and over the mark of normal...

He must have been lost in thought, because Hikari snapped a finger in front of his eyes. "Daijobu?" she repeated.

"Oh... gomen..."

"It is nice to meet you, Taiki. I'm sorry but Three Lights?" Hikari replied puzzlingly and a bit embarrassed for the only 'Lights she knew of were the Ancient Light Senshi of the Golden Age and of the Star Lights of Princess Kakyuu's court, but they were female. <<Boy, was asleep too long. Wasn't Star Maker's name Taiki? Sounds like a band of some kind.>>

"Y-you mean you HAVEN'T heard of us? Surely , you jest! Didn't you see the posters everywhere of our comeback tour?"

"No, I haven't, gomen nasai," replied Hikari, her mane of white hair moving in rhythm to the shake of her head.

Taiki was surprised to say the least; this girl looked about the age range of their fans, yet had never heard of the Three Lights?

There was an awkward silence, then Taiki cleared his throat. "I wonder what's keeping Rei, ne?" he said, at a loss for a real thing to talk about.

Two crows circled overhead, cawing to each other, as Grandpa came out. "She'll be with you in a moment, sir. Enjoy our temple grounds and while your at it, buy some good-luck charms!" he grinned, trying the sales pitch. "If you buy three love charms, the other three are at half-price!"

"Love charms?" repeated Hikari, a starry gleam in her eye.

Taiki picked up on it, and said, "...Alright, sir. Maybe I'd like a few...for someone," he said, casting a glance at Hikari, and throwing her a Three Lights grin.

Hikari caught the smile Taiki thrown; couldn't help but return bright cheerful smile. Hikari looked up at the two crows letting her ponytails lightly move in the breeze. Hikari recalled young Princess of Mars had two crows named Phobos and Deimos whom knew her.

"Here Deimos . . . Phobos." Hikari called to the cawing crows. The two crows came down one landing on Hikari's wrist and the other at her feet. Hikari stroked the chest feathers of the crow on her wrist.

"Trying to get my attention?" Hikari turned and smiled at Taiki. "I have a feeling we have a bit of a wait. Will you please tell me of the Three Lights? If it isn't any trouble. You mentioned a 'comeback tour'; did you leave?"

Taiki's eyes widened, not paying attention again. "How did you get them to do that?! They usually don't come to strangers!"

Taiki remembered a brief experience with Rei's crows where they had chased him and Yaten off the ground; it was just as well, for the girls there began to chase them, so they had a head start.

He pondered it briefly, then told her about the Three Lights comeback tour, but he didn't tell her the REAL reason they had left.

After he was through, Hikari was petting Deimos smiling. "Wow, that sounds like you have a busy life."

~You don't know the half of it, Hikari-san!~ he thought.

Grandpa came up then, with six love charms in his hands. Taiki paid the full price for all of them, again questioning for Rei.

Grandpa scratched his bald head, then he squinted.

"Hey...wait...you're not one of those Three Light singers, are you?"

Taiki grinned at Hikari. "Why, yes, yes I am."

Taiki was suddenly hit up-side the head with a broom. "Ow!"

Grandpa began to pummel Taiki with the broom. "YOU! You idol singers! My Rei's too young to date you!" WHACK! WHACK!

Taiki dodged a swipe, then jumped over another. "Whoa, who said anything about dating?! I'm just here to see Rei-chan-"

"Listen, here! That's *my* little Rei-chan (WHACK) and (WHACK) don't you forget it! Get on outta here; she doesn't need any idol singing boyfriends, she has Yuuchiro! Out, out!!"

Taiki barely missed getting smacked in the face where his black eye was. He was "verily upset" but knew it wouldn't be nice to trash Rei's grandfather.

Instead, he retreated with a wave to Hikari. "Ah, ja ne!" he called, hustling down the steps.

Hikari watched, confused. Slowly, she picked up a love charm Taiki had dropped in the shape of a cat. She looked out at where Taiki had left.

"Stupid boys think they can con my Rei... (ahem and speaking of con) Hey, are you sure you wouldn't want a job at my Temple? I'll show you how to do a Fire Reading (^-^)!" Grandpa smiled.

"No, thank you, I have to be going." Hikari bowed to Grampa.

"Another time then." Grampa said as he went to meet a group of girls arriving at the temple. Hikari sighed and turned to Deimos and Phobos.

"Look out for Rei as I know you will." The two crows flew to the sky and cawed a goodbye as Hikari walked down the steps. Hikari walked for a while recalling the items of her list. She figured she would need a place of her own or have to sneak around which seemed to be a challenge with Hõseki and Nendo. As nice as it was; she would need a place of her own.

Hikari walked into an apartment building; walking up to the counter she looked around at the nice atmosphere. This place will do nicely. For the next half hour she spoke to the manager, who enformed her that there was a vacancy across the hall from a Chiba Mamoru who was a wonderful tendent.

Hikari accepted the offer upon seeing the appartment. It was as large as her chambers back on the Moon and of her special place. With a few flowers and a bookshelf of book and afew personal touches here and there; it would be wonderful.

Hikari locked the door and hopped a bus back to talk Elian and Ken into letting her live by herself. She was able to get Elian to agree easy; Ken took a bit more persuading; but by noon she had herself a place of her own. By one she was back in her new apartment with all the boxes and two suitcases marked 'Hikari' on them. She looked at the packed boxes and thought she would wait till later to unpack them.

Hikari went to get groceries.

* * *

He didn't know how long he stood there, just staring off into space. That instant seemed to go on forever, until the explosions started. Michael looked down from the side of the roof and caught the last of the battle between an elf and . . . good lord! Was that Amanda and Ashe?!

Just as it appeared the elven girl was going to finish off the supernaturalists, her whole demeanor changed. She carried herself differently for a moment before disappearing. Michael was so shocked because he recognized that last aspect of the elf, but couldn't remember where he'd seen it.

After a couple of seconds, Amanda and Ashe got up and left. What the hell was those two doing here? Last time Michael had seen the troublemakers, he and Mamoru were busy solving a mystery at the

college the all attended.

When Mamoru got finished with his little group of admirers, Michael would have to tell him about this new development. While they were his friends, Amanda and Ashe's presence usually heralded the start of major hostilities.

Michael was about to leave for the stairwell, when he froze in place. He . . . felt something odd. His chest was burning. This must be a side effect of the rapid healing process. He struggled to remain standing, unaware of the bird watching him.

The crow that had been perched atop the small shelter of the stairs to the roof picked up the rose in it's beak and flown around to the back, so it could not be seen. Luckily those elves left when they did. She managed to transform herself back into the guise of the black haired woman called Kanae Ohtori. Taking the rose from her mouth and into her right hand, she slowly emerged, keeping her emerald green eyes locked upon Michael.

"I'm sorry if I frightened you." She began in a soft tone. "I know you must be a bit confused, and I only wished to give you this." She took light steps toward him, her hand extended, her heels clicking on the ground.

Michael was seeing double. This strange woman who had been following him back in the corridor was here again with that black rose. He couldn't even reach out to take the rose from her as he grabbed at sweater and collapsed on the ground. He was so weak, he couldn't move.

Raithe didn't realize the condition he was in. She stared at him, wondering what to do. She put the rose on the ground, and slowly got down on her knees. When he fell, Michael's head had turned to one side.

Being of vampiric nature, she couldn't seem to take her eyes off of his neck. Slowly, hesitating somewhat, she put one hand under his limp head, and the other hand leaned on Michael's arm. She opened her mouth and turned her head, going to bite him, but she stopped centimeters away from her throat. She could hear his heart, and she could see the vien pulsing. She stayed like that for a few minutes, juggling with her decision. If she bit him, that would be the end of him, he was too weak, and wouldn't survive it. But to surpress the need for blood was difficult, she hadn't fed in two weeks. As she closed her eyes and tried to rid her need for blood for the moment, she felt a strange energy emission and her eyes flew open. Without taking her hands away, she looked around. They were the only two on the roof. It was strange, she thought. Perhaps it came from within her. When her eyes focused on Michael, she realized that it was coming from him. This new found development gaze her an idea, however she wasn't quite sure it would work.

And if it didn't, there would be other ways to get to Setsuna. She shook her head and moved the black curls out of her way. She placed his head back down on the concrete, and held his hands. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes, it had been 1,000 years since she had done this, and she wasn't quite sure what would happen. Healing was something she specialized in before she had been involved with Akasha, Enkil, and Khayman. However then, she wasn't a vampire, and vampires don't heal, they kill, and she knew that. But it couldn't hurt to give it a shot...hopefully. Once she felt herself ready, she began the spell.

She recited over and over; "By the power of the stars, channel my strength to him, give him the strength he needs. Even if I am weak, let him be strong, give him my energy.."

Raithe stopped her chanting when she felt her illusion starting to loose itself. Her eyes opened, and she let go of his hands. When she saw the way they fell, she knew it had worked, and luckily at no cost to herself, she still had enough to keep the illusion going for another few hours. She lifted slowly, picking up the rose on the way, and waited for him to regain consciousness.

"Peter, code blue." Angel announced as she went to the young man to check his pulse.

Peter came up behind her.

"A bit erratic but seems to be stabilizing. Let's get him back to his room." Nurse Angel replied letting the large built Peter pick up the patient. "When he wakes up. I have am going to give him a piece of my mind."

"He's in for an earful." Peter muttered with a sly smile.

"You are so lucky you are caring him, Peter."

They headed to get on the elevator and road down to the floor and got off. When the entered Michael's room; Peter laid him on the bed. Angel checked on him as Peter went out to the nurse's station.

Mayhem stood in bemused silence for a minute after Hysteria and Ruin disappeared. Left with nothing to do, he made his way slowly back to his rooms.

Bypassing his bedroom, he walked through a doorway hidden behind a large tapestry into the rose garden.

Making his way past the flowers and hedges, he stopped in the very center of the huge garden, a large flowering tree dominated the landscaping. Resting his back against it's trunk, he slid to the ground, his arms wrapped around his knees.

~Lady Ruin...~ he thought. She was enchanting, but subtlety...wrong. As if something within her was incomplete. He sighed and decided that it would be a good idea to talk to her more, when she returned.

He tilted his head up and watched the clouds float by.

"Ara...Chaos, without you what will become of the Court? We were your invention in the first place."

The warm (if illusionary) sun and the peacefulness of the spot slowly lulled Mayhem to sleep. Unfortunately, his dreams were not so peaceful.

Opening his eyes, Mayhem could tell something was wrong. But...he couldn't place what. The garden looked the same...someone was walking up the path towards the tree, it was almost dusk now, so it took him a second to make out the figure...

"Ah," Mayhem waved in greeting. "Hello, Chaos"

Chaos smiled and waved back. But Mayhem stopped in mid-wave and shot to his feet as the source of the wrongness hit him. Chaos....but Chaos was dead!

"Hai." Said the former Playking. "I'm dead. I hope I didn't scare you too much just now."

Mayhem didn't say anything, just stared in shock. Chaos sighed and stepped closer. He put his hand on the silent Elven's shoulder "Snap out of it, Mayhem."

So he did, knocking Chaos' hand away and stepping back against the tree trunk. He hands came up in a defensive posture.

"So, who are you then?"

Now Chaos looked sad. "I could be a part of your subconscious. Maybe a ghost of the magik I left all over the Realms. Or maybe I'm Chaos' soul, here to give you some good advice!"

The elven looked up and flashed Mayhem one of Chaos' mischievous grins. Against his better judgement, Mayhem relaxed. "Whatever you are, I don't care. I'm just glad to be able to talk to you. I have a question to ask you...."

Chaos settled into the soft grass at the base of the tree and Mayhem joined him a second later.

"You are my friend. And I trusted you, and I know you did me. Why then, did you feel you couldn't tell me about Shinrai?"

Chaos had the sad look in his eyes again "Yes, you are my friend. Their were many reasons...but the most important one was...Would you have understood?"

Mayhem sat, shocked. Stunned that Chaos would say something like that to him.

Chaos shook his head. "Mayhem, you are a wonderful thinker. Your strategies are beyond compare. But this is all thinking with your head. When was the last time you let your emotions, your heart tell you what was right?"

Steel gray eyes darkened as Mayhem considered his friend's words.

"You have a point. But when did I ever need to? Emotions never brought me anything but pain, till I met you. And you know very well, that I've never had a girlfriend. Females shunned me. Until the Court became famous, by then I wouldn't have anything to do with those pathetic women. Although Riot and Ruckus reveled in their attentions."

"That's true. But now the situations are different. I wasn't in this new world a long time, but I did grasp that the basic nature of it is change. What it thrives on. Changing, giving in to your emotions, may be the best way to keep yourself alive here, Mayhem."

Chaos leaned forward and gripped his friend's shoulder. "No one can force you to change. In the upcoming games, though, it could be your best asset."

While he heard these words, Mayhem's sight blurred, the world running together like crayons left too long in the sun. What seemed to be a moment later, he opened his eyes to find he was sprawled out in the shade of the tree, the garden having returned to normal. And their was no trace that Chaos had ever been there.

"Shimatta..." He groaned as a headache started behind his eyes.

"That certainly couldn't have just been a dream, but what the hell was it??"

* * *

So many things were happening inside her mind...well, she was happy to be with her dear Mamo-chan again. However the image of that nightmare was upsetting her. The wintry blue eyes looking at her. Who was the one who kissed her? Who?

And there was another thing...Ami-chan. She had to talk to her and seriously apology because all of the horrible things she had told her. How could she do that to a friend who was just trying to help? She acted so cruelly...

Also, her mind was trying to find an explanation to the strange events at the Three Lights Concert...and how did Seiya become full-female? Need to talk the Sailor Senshi...all of them. Planet, Elementals,

Starlights...do Yaten and Taiki were females now, too?, Light Senshi... Shinrai...

A tear came down her cheek. Shinrai died just last night. So Chaos did...

That was another subject...what were the elves planning now that they didn't have their leader? And what about the Dark Warriors? What was Asahi doing here?

A lot of questions...a lot of problems...

"Well Mr. Chiba, I think you and your friend can leave in a couple of minutes." the Doctor said. "However, that doesn't mean you're fully recovered. You need to rest at home for two weeks more less, have a light diet and get some medicine, too...and also you have to sign some documents...just routine."

"Frankly, your recovery astounds me." The doctor said, reading the chart. "Either that, or someone is playing a joke on me." The doctor put down the chart and looked around for the other person who was supposed to be in even worse shape. "I should be mad that you two are leaving so soon without full hospital care, but I'm glad that you're recovering so fast. Perhaps you'll tell me your secret sometime." The doctor, a kindly individual, gave a playful wink in the direction of the three girls who just seemed to hover around Mamoru.

After he left, Mamoru looked around at everyone.

"Thank you all for being her to comfort me. Usako....this means so much to me. Thank you for coming." Mamoru, with some support from Seiya, stood on his feet.

"We all have much to discuss. Michael and I have been looking into the court of chaos and I have a lot of information to give you all." He looked at Seiya. This was certainly strange and he waited for something from Seiya. What was all this?

Seiya coughed politely, uncomfortable under the unrelenting gaze of Mamoru. "Hai, that we do. And I have much to explain as well. You both probably deserve to know several things that I have yet to tell anyone."

She sighed and slumped down into a nearby chair. "For starters, during the battle at the Three Light's concert, Yaten was abducted, and turned into a general. That left Taiki and I by ourselves. So, we decided to contact Kakyuu-hime, who told me that the only way to save Yaten was for me to return to my original form," Seiya motioned to her female form. "Which is female."

"As soon as I thought THAT problem was over with, Taiki and I got into a fight. I don't know where he ran off to, but we are no longer on speaking terms. He-" Seiya's voice choked off. "He said that he was disbanning the Three Lights." Seiya blinked several times at the liquid forming in her eyes.

She gave a short laugh. "But enough about me. You had something to tell us, Usagi?"

The question surprised Usagi. Certainly, she had a lot to tell, but...

"There are some important things you should be aware of..." She paused for a moment. "I was thinking that we needed another Senshi meeting...especially now that...that Chaos and Shinrai..." Usagi felt her eyes were been filled with tears, it was so sad...she cried. "died...they died because of me!"

Seiya looked up at the weeping Usagi, and shook her head. "No, Usagi, you shouldn't blame yourself for such horrible things!" She patted her friend on the back. "Death is a horrible thing. Believe me, I know. But you have to think. Would either of them want you to feel guilty about what happened? Just think about what Chaos would do to you if he found out!"

"Now, about that meeting." Seiya frowned. "I don't know HOW we're going to get Taiki to come...he probably won't show." Seiya ended softly. "And then I know for a fact that Yaten won't show up. At least, if she does, it will not be to help solve our problems."

Then Seiya chuckled a little. "Our problems. They sure have increased since I returned. I can't help but wonder if it's partially because of my decision to return to earth..." Seiya shrugged. "Well, we need to decide when and where to meet."

She looked over at Mamoru, who was still laying in his hospital bed, absorbing all that had been said. "Perhaps it should be either after he recovers, or we could meet here. We'd drive the nurses up the wall,

that's for sure!" Seiya added, with a bit of her old humor dancing in her eyes.

"We had better meet at the apartment." Mamoru said as he watched the nurse bringing in Michael. "We have a lot to say and I don't think we should go anywhere. Is this okay with you, Usagi?"

Usagi stopped crying and smiled. " It's an excellent idea! It's decided then. This afternoon since there's no homework. I have to contact everyone. June will bring the elementals and Tenchi can tell the Light Senshi!"

Ureshii was on her way to the grocery store also. She was walking swiftly and felt as though she was in a hurry for some reason. She reviewed all the things she needed in her mind and was thinking about how much money that would probably be when…

Bam! There was a "head on collision". Ureshii was on the ground and was holding her head. "I'm sorry! Please forgive me! I was in a hurry and..." She stopped, looking at the face of the girl she had bumped into.

"Oh, It was my fault; not paying attention to where I was going." Hikari replied looking up at the person who pumped into her recognizing the red head. "Ureshii. It's been a while since I've seen you." Hikari went to retrieve her pad and pencial which had fallen to the ground and stood to look at Ureshii again and smiled. "Where are you going in such a hurry?"

"Hikari?" Ureshii asked, a little surprised. " Is that really you?" She stood up, brushing her jeans off, and smiled back. "It has been a while! I was just going to the grocery store."

Hikari smiled and nodded. "To the grocery store; this is a small world. I'm also going to the store to pick up a few things for my new place."

Hiklari looked around both physically and psycly to see if it was alright to speak. It was.

"Have you meet with any of the others?" Hikari asked about Ureshii running into any of the other senshi.

Ureshii replied quietly, "We met in the park a little after Shinrai died." She bit her lip to keep the tears from flowing. She still could not get over that one of her sisters from the Golden Age was gone. Then that brought up Hisoka... She blinked what tears were coming out away so they wouldn't be seen. " So, were you at the Three Lights' concert two days ago?"

<<Again with the Three lights.>> Hikari thought as the headed to the store.

"No, you could say I just got into town yesterday." The girls entered the grocery store and got hand baskets and began to walk down the first row.

"I did happen to meet Taiki at the Hiwaka Shrine earlier this morning .before I found an apartment." Hikari commented; thinking of the meeting and the love charm the shape of a cat in her pocket. "He was vary nice and understanding young man; since I don't know anything about his band except what he was kind enough to tell me."

Ureshii dropped a package of curry in her basket. "You met Taiki?!" She exclaimed. She sighed. "You're so lucky. I would give anything to meet one of the Three Lights, or at least get a letter or something."

She fished around in her pocket and pulled out a card. "See? I'm a member of the Three Lights Fanclub." The number was embarrasingly high, but so what. "What about you, Hikari? Are you part of the fanclub too?"

Hikari put some bottles of Summer Savory and Thai Seasoning in the basket with a bag of rice.

"No I'm not." Hikari said.

Ureshi was shocked. Hikari figured that the Three Lights were a hot item in this time period; but for some reason in the back of her mind she had a nagging feeling that she knew Taiki from somewhere.

"I'll explain later with the other senshi." Hikari whispered into Ureshii's ear as she stepped next to her for a package of angel hair pasta. When she stepped back. "How long have the Lights been this popular, Ureshii?"

Ureshii thought for a moment. She shrugged. "I heard they were here quite a long time, then they left, and came back. That's what that big concert was all about."

Ureshii smiled and dropped some noodles in her basket. "I'm so happy you're here, Hikari. It's been quite a while, what have you been doing?"

Hikari blushed as she recalled the extended sleeping period she had for fifty years. She had to remember to check her computer for the data she requestied to work on for the destortion and the fact that her and Lunari's attack's failure to make the demon to dust. She had a feeling it had something to do with the distortion.

Hikari and Ureshii walked down the next row.

"A sleep." Hikari replied; seeing a puzzling look she added. "I'll explain in later. By the way would you like to come over to my new apartment after shopping and talk?"

Ureshii nodded. The next few minutes were in gathering groceries. Hikari's basket was pack. They walked down the last row to a backer section. Hikari noticed they had half moon cookies and smiled. Hikari went up to the counter and ordered a dozen cookies and placed the box in her basket.

"Half Moon's are my favorite."

The two went to get checked out and headed to Hikari's apartment. Hikari opened her door and showed Ureshii in.

"Sorry for the mess." Hikari replied. "I've plasnned to unpack tonight."

Ureshii glanced around the apartment. It was nice and spacious, and the sunlight shone through the windows.

"This is beautiful, Hikari!" She exclaimed. Ureshii looked around more, disregarding the boxes and suitcases. " So, what did you want to talk to me about? Anything with the Light Senshi?"

Hikari walked into the kitchen and places the bags on the counter. She took a deep breath and exhaled; looking around at her kitchen to figure out what she wanted to do with the arrangement of supplies. She snapped her fingers as she came to a decision.

"Well, the light senshi are all here in this time period and should have at least some of their memories of the Past if not all."

Hikari pulled out a container of Milk and apple juice from the bag and placed it on the second shelf of the fridge.

"To answer your earlier question. Do to a distortion in the dimensional space; I have been sleeping for 50 years. That's why I don't know about the Three Lights, Ureshii. Though I was having a familiar feeling when I met Taiki."

Hikari put the eggs into the egg container.

Ureshii sat down indian-style on the carpet. "A familiar feeling, hm?" She thought a moment. "Have you met any of the other senshi?" Ureshii picked at the carpet.

"The Light Senshi were finally together after Shinrai's death. Then Mei.. Galaxia, wanted to know if we trusted her." She looked up, then continued. "I do, but I don't know about the others." She sighed deeply and added, "That was the last I've seen of her. I wonder if we'll get back together after this at all."

"That's understandable." Hikari walked out of the kitchen after putting the parishable away. "Taking chaos into herself wasn't too good an idea." Hikari recalled Galaxia impulsive acts; though she has the leadership qualities and other skills to have been second to rule in Queen Placidity's absence during the Golden Age. She just tend to barge into things head on like Venus and Jupiter did in the Silver Age.

"Seshi? Not recently in this time period. I did see Deimos and Phobos this morning at the temple…and you. That's a good number for someone who's been in town for one day." Hikari replied; noticed that Ureshii was sitting on the floor. "Why don't you come into the kitchen. There are some stool to sit on at the counter. We can also talk while I finish putting away the food and fix a veggie plater."

"Okay." Ureshii said getting up from the floor and followed Hikarii into the kitchen.

Hikari put a loaf of bread in the cabinet on the wall next to the fridge. Then, she went to the counter and pulled the box of half moon out and opened it to reveal the sugar cookies with half covered in chocolate frosting and the other side covered in Vanilla frosting.

"If you would like to have a half moon; your welcome to have one." Hikari said putting the rest of the dry goods and bringing out a paring knife from the first draw in the counter on the same wall as the fridge; between the fridge and sink.

Hikari washed her hands and began to prepare the veggies as Ureshii ate a half moon cookie.

Hoshi stepped in front of Getsuei and prepared to transform. She wasn't going to wait anymore! She wasn't going to let anyone get hurt!

"Stellar magic power! Rainbow make up!" She yelled and turned into Sailor Stellar Magic.

"You did it again, Hoshi...this was not the right moment" Getsuei surrounded.

The minute Tranquility saw what happened she smiled evilly." Well it seems I have someone to destroy after all, and which Elemental would you be?" Tranquility looked at Getsuei with a evil glare in her eyes." I always wondered what it would take to find out one of your identities...but I wonder what would you do if I hurt the simple one…or is she an Elemental as well?"

Tranquility moved closer to Sailor Stellar watching both Asahi and Getsuei as well. As Tranquility moved closer she held out one of her hands and her battle bow appeared in her hand. " I'll call another Dark Warrior after I have beaten you myself and let him finish you off...after, I'll take care of her...and then Asahi will be all mine." As she said that Tranquility let out a evil laugh and started her attack on Sailor Stellar.

"I'd like to see you try to beat me!" Stellar yelled before pulling from the air a chrome yellow flute with a mark of a star carved into one end. She played a shrill note, shattering the prison. As soon as the prison was gone, she ran towards Tranquility. Her anger overcoming her, she threw a fist at Tranquility.

The punch hit Tranquility but at the same time Tranquility kicked Stellar in her side sending her to the ground. Tranquility then raised her battle bow to strike Stellar. " That was a lucky punch Elemental, and one more thing I'm not here to be defeated, I'm here to fight and win," Tranquility said. Tranquility then got ready to bring her battle bow down to strike Sailor Stellar Magic. Then all of a sudden an attack hit her from behind. " Who did that?" she said.

"Nothing personal, Tranquility...I just can't let you harm my sister" Asahi said, his black sword was in his left hand. The two demons who once held him, now were reduced to dust. "Now, are you going to give up? We're two against one." He added.

" You don't seem to know who I am, the new leader of the Riders of Dark Blood, the one who will open the Malignant Doors of Darkness and regain the keys no matter what." Tranquility then looked down to where Sailor Stellar Magic was and grabbed her by the neck. " I will never give up until I get what I want, but I will make you a deal since you are so protective of your "sister". Come with me and I'll let her live don't and well, you don't want to know what will happen to her."

Asahi go with Tranquility? Stellar pulled harder at Tranquility's hand, trying to free herself, but she wasn't having any luck. "Don't listen to her," Stellar choked out, feeling the pressure increase on her neck. She tried to lash out at Tranquility, but missed too easily. Letting her hands slip to her sides, she whispered, "Supernova…" Energy gathered in her hands. "Flash Force!" She threw her hands towards her enemy's abdomen, letting the energy go in an explosion of power and wondering for a moment if this was a little dangerous.

The flash from Sailor Stellar's attack vanished and Tranquility was standing there holding her side.

"You'll pay for that when I return Elemental…but remember this, you can not destroy me so easily and when I return, Asahi will be mine, I'll leave you a little gift watch your friend over there." Tranquility then turned toward Getsuei and played a dark tune on her harpand a beam of light headed toward her. " Hope you like my Song of Destruction, now I wonder if you can save her in time." Tranquility then laughed evilly then vanished but not before blowing a kiss in Asahi's direction.

Asahi looked at Getsuei's direction, who seem to be paralyzed by some strange force.

"Not her!" he exclaimed. He ran as fast as he could in front of Getsuei and used his sword as a defensive shield. It was a strong force Asahi tried to resist, but he was not totally recovered from the fight with the Dark Warrior.

Suddenly, a new energy helped him stopping the attack, it was Getsuei's Lunar Wand. "This, this Tranquility comes from the White Moon..."

"Wha-what?!" Asahi asked, surprised.

"We can't stay here anymore..." Getsuei simply added.

Raithe had returned from the hospital setting nearly an hour ago. Unfortunately, Khayman had gotten to the palace first, and as usual, was not happy. Raithe rolled her eyes, and drummed her fingers on her throne as she listened to Khayman complain to no end about how irresponsible and senseless she was. She didn't quite catch the details, though, she wasn't paying attention much. Khayman wasn't stupid, he knew she wasn't listening. However he hoped by some chance his words would no longer tickle a defened ear.

"Maharet, darling, listen to me well. What you're doing will only cause more problems, don't you understand that? If Enkil and Akasha know we are alive, we won't be for long." Khayman said in a sincere tone.

"No, you listen to me. I know what I've been doing, I've been doing this for years now-"

"Yes, but you were also imprisoned for how many of those years."

"That isn't the point. The point is, that before I was imprisoned you abandoned me, and I was much better off without you." Raithe said, crossing her arms

"How can you say that..? You couldn't have been that well off to be beaten by that pathetic human." Khayman placed emphasis on the last word to get his point across.

Raithe glared at him. His normal insults were one thing, but that was one step too far. Claiming she was defeated by a human? How dare he. She rose from her seat slowly, not wavering her gaze. She stared at him intensely. Khayman was a bit nervous. He knew he had said the wrong thing, but he didn't think she would actually attack him, or would she? After almost an eternity of the agressive silence, Raithe rose her right hand and spoke.

"Go." She stated simply, in a deeper voice than she usually had.

"W-what..?" Khayman stuttered.

Raithe narrowed her eyebrows. "I said 'go'. Get out of my sight, I never want to see you again."

Khayman took a defensive stance. "You cannot do this to me! I made you what you are! How can you betray me?!"

"I can carry on alone now." She paused and they stared at each other, Khayman forcing his gaze into her fiery violet eyes. "I banish you from the realm of dark illusion. You are not permitted to return until you are invited by myself."

"Maharet! Stop this foolishness, you'll regret this!" Khayman yelled angrily.

"Silence!!" She bellowed, coming forward.

A red mist flew from her right palm and surrounded Khayman. He yelled for her to stop once more, but she ignored him. "Away with you!" The mist solidified and encased him in a metallic red shell. It stayed as it was for a moment, and then shattered, leaving nothing behind.

"Good riddens. Now I can do things my way." Raithe transformed into the girl with the black rose once more, and left the castle, looking to finish what she had started.
