Houston-TX. —Sophomore pitcher Jenny Chandler nabbed Pitcher of the Week honors, picking up a pair of wins over Grambling State last week, registering victories of 7-2 and 11-3. In the process, the sophomore combined for 10 strikeouts while allowing two walks, 10 hits and four earned runs.

TSU leads the conference with a 14-6-conference record.

The Lady Tiger softball team travels to Pine-Bluff, Arkansas, 1 p.m. to face off against Pine-Bluff in a conference doubleheader.
