Houston, TX- Texas Southern University Athletic Trainer John "Doc" Harvey will be the guest speaker at the Jack Yates High School Football Booster Club Banquet, Thursday, April 5 at Brady's Landing Restaurant. The theme for the first-ever banquet is "Focus on the Future...With Your Eyes on the Prize". Harvey has served as head trainer for the Tigers since 1974, and is responsible for providing the clinical and administrative supervision of the intercollegiate athletics teams, coordination of football team travel and the formulation of accountability of the athletic training budget.
