Hello and welcome to this installment of the Brightstar web page.

As you can see, we now have a new name for our little home on the web.

We have named this web page the "Second Star" in reference to the classic tale of  "Peter Pan" and the last command given by Captain Kirk in Star Trek VI.  As of this update, one of our members, Ens. Shelby Hobbs has decided to leave the Brightstar to start his own ship in his home town of Brownsburg, Indiana.  We wish Shelby the  best  of  luck and "Second star to the right, then straight on tell morning."

We also added a new page to this site, in remembered of those that have passed on. The name of this place is the "Hall of remembrance".

The meeting for July has been postponed due to everyone trying recover from this year InCon. Our next meeting will be at the home of our First Officer Capt. James Webb on September the 7th. We will also be having cookout. Time for this will be 3 p.m..  Anyone wants to attend our little shindig send an email to tsikes1@hotmail.com for direction. Note please include your starting point i.e. home address.

And speaking of this year InCon, the pictures you see at the top of the page,  were this year guest.  Starting from the left is Anita La Silva who played Zo'or on Earth: Final Conflict. Next is Indiana own Anthony Montgomery a.k.a Travis Mayweather.   And on the right from V as Supreme Commander John and from Star Trek Voyager  Admiral Paris, Richard Herd.
