The Land of Neverwas

Where sweet swollen lips met in shadowed bliss,

and time itself was never missed.

All day we played on shores of gold,

it's where we never could turn old.

This land of mine where I'd often go,

a shelter from the pains I'd known.

It's perfect dear,

and it's all because,

you were always with me,

in the land I knew as Neverwas.

The sunsets brushed our skins aglow,

with fiery passions I'd forever know.

The morning dew upon your satin skin,

twas another day to love again.

The hours of laughter that we shared,

and the quiet moments when we just stared.

Neither hurts nor sorrows found their way in,

once the gates were closed, twas safe therein.

This land of mine where I'll often go,

a shelter from the pains I'll know.

It's perfect dear,

and it's simply because,

you'll always be with me,

in the land I know as Neverwas.
