Our condominium, Unit 70, is located at the Trout Creek Condominium Resort in Harbor Springs, Michigan. It is about a quarter mile north of the entrance to Nub's Nob Ski Resort on Pleasantview Road or about 3 miles north of the intersection of Pleasantview Road and M-119 at the Harbor Springs airport. From our condo you can look across the valley to Boyne Highlands Ski Resort.(about a mile drive). There is a shuttle bus from Nub's Nob that makes stops every 1/2 hr on weekends near the condo during ski season.

The unit is termed a "two bedroom plus", has 1500 sq.ft., and has a layout similar to that of a ranch. It occupies the bottom floor of the complex consisting of seven units.

• Sleeps 6+. Has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and an additional two rollaways;

• Enclosed sunporch;
