Advancement
- No one in the troop for over a year will be below First Class. Interim goals are Tenderfoot within 3 months, Second Class within 7 months, and First Class within one year of joining

Meetings
- One hour 15 minute meetings migrating to one and a half hour meetings later in the year

- Annual Fish Lake service project & campout
- Commit to service hours for sponsors - VFW & Lion's Club
Patrols
- Patrol method emphasized
- 5+ boys per patrol
