Assemble across from main Delta domestic check-in area (South Terminal) at 7:00 am! Scouts and Scouters must wear full Class A uniform (except neckerchief). Bring books, magazines and/or playing cards for the plane. At 7:15 say good-bye to parents and depart for gate. Expedition caps and $5 snack money distributed to crews.
Adults must have a picture ID!!!
Designated adult leaders must have medical forms, copies of CPR/First Aid cards and plane tickets. Adult holds tickets and baggage claims at all times!

Take snack, drink and small garbage bag for the bus ride to Philmont.
In Albuquerque go to restroom, claim pack, strip plastic and go by crew to assigned bus (look in side window by front door) and wait by bus.
Take chartered buses to Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, NM
