Celebrities Wearing Mules and Slides

I wanted to illustrate a few well-known celebrities who have been photographed wearing very attractive and feminine mules and slides in a similarly fashionable ensemble. Interestingly, celebrities do not wear backless shoes to media events very often so these photos are a treat. This first page includes TV and Movie celebrities. Alicia Silverstone is one of my favorite actresses and I found several good shots of her. The first set is a couple of different pairs of slides. The black pair are just a shade shy of being a peep-toed mule.

Alicia Silverstone is wearing the same pair of pretty slides to two different events which is a good indication they are hers and not just part of a wardrobe.

Amanda Bynes is only 19 years old but she already has a pretty well-developed fashion sense. In one interview three years ago she said: "I think my parents are a big part of that because I'm still a normal kid. Like there are times I get frustrated because I want to wear certain shoes and they don't want me to wear them. It's all good in the end because I realize that there will be a time and place for high shoes. " In the first shot, Amanda is wearing what could be described as peep-toed mules - they are not open-toed enough to be called a slide. In the second shot, Amanda is wearing a nice mid-heel slide. Notice she is wearing red polish in both shots.

Kristin Davis plays Charlotte in Sex and The City. In the left photo, Kristin is wearing a nice pair of slides. In the right photo, she is wearing a pretty pair of barely-there slides. In fact the upper is sheer if you look closely. Like Amanda she has nice red polish on her nails.

Elisabeth (Filarski) Hasselbeck is certainly the most successful former reality star. After finishing 4th in the Australian Outback she hosted a show on the Style Network called The Look for Less before making the huge jump to be one of the co-hosts on ABC/s The View replacing Lisa Ling. This is a very cute little slide that matches the outfit quite well.
Eva Longoria and Felicity Huffman are well-known for their roles on ABC's Desperate Housewives where she and her costars (Teri Hatcher is in this photo) all wear nice shoes on the show. Both are wearing nice pairs of slides. Eva's are strappy and Felicity's are single-banded.
