Trippin' the Riff was created as an acoustic duo in the early summer of 2004, with the first official gig on Sept. 11,2004, with the addition of Bass guitar and drums spring of 2005.
Trippin' the Riff is best described and most easily understood when translated into the basic definitions; "Trip" as described in Webster, is "an intense, exciting or stimulating experience" .The term "riff" is most commonly recognized as a musical phrase used and repeated during improvisation.
The key objective of "The Riff" is to create a "Fun for all" atmosphere. A blend of rocked up country, classic favorites and some obscure tunes that you may or may not be familiar with, combined with some blues and crazy antics make Trippin' the Riff a unique experience every time!
