Oranges
The farm girl comes out
definitely not as good as it looks!
So, when we were up on the Palantine, we saw a small grove of orange and lemon trees.  The weather was SO beautiful, and before David and I knew it, Brittany was halfway up in the tree trying to grab herself a sweet treat.  An old man came by and told her to shake the branches, and when she did, about a dozen oranges tumbled out.  You should've seen all the old people and children scrambling for those oranges.

Of course, we all tried to get a few for ourselves, but that was really a waste of time since either (a) they weren't yet ripe or (b) they weren't meant to be eaten... they were pretty nasty.

BUT the moral of the story is, you can take the girl out of the farm, but not the farm out of the girl!
