It's ultimately the coach's responsibility to get your team ready to play. As a team, the Colts were ready to play, and they never quit. See the Broncos for contrast.

I don't think anyone else in the NFL, and especially any of us, have any clue as to how much pressure Manning is under. There isn't a head coach anywhere out there who can change that for Peyton. Peyton has to do that himself. Peyton has to look at this game and say, "Okay, I made some mistakes, and I started underthrowing the ball." Now he has that to think about the next time. He could have melted down in the Denver game or the KC game, and people would be saying the same things about him.

The fact remains. If Indy has a defense, Manning doesn't throw four picks, and Dungy is a genius.

Ok, thanks for your views. I wasn't implying that he should be fired - there are a lot of good coaches in the league, and only one can win it all in any given year.

I think a good deal of Belichick's success is attributable to his assistant coaches, especially his co-ordinators. Do the Colts have a strong coaching staff from top to bottom?

The audible, was the death of the Colts offense tonight.
In a loud stadium like that, all it took was 1 offensive lineman or 1 receiver, to not hear the entire audible and the play was doomed.

The Colts have the offensive talent to call plays and execute them and be successful, without changing the play. But our intelligent co-MVP had to show his genious, and call his own plays.

It was obvious the offense wasn't hearing the audibles or the plays called at the line of scrimmage. What else could have caused the receivers to not be in the area of those 4 interceptions or linemen missing blocking assignments? Don't tell me it was our intelligent QB choking.

Would you believe that I saw Brady, look the whole field and make quick pass decisions.

I saw the our CO-MVP stare right at receivers then throw into triple coverage.

Yes, we had a good year, but being a season ticket holder, I saw games that had that familiar look to them, especially against good defenses.

I don't blame our defense. NE only earned 1 touchdown against them. Like last year, our high powered offense put them in some awful situations.

If we don't have an offensive playbook that you can run without making all types of audibles. Maybe we need a new offensive coordinator, who can draw up plays to use all of this talent.

Or could it be we aren't as talented as we think. Nope, we really need to get rid of Peyton's offensive coordinator, and get an offensive coordinator that will work the entire offense, and not what Peyton wants to do.

We do have a running game? Why throw so much? 4 INT's is deplorable. All coming when the game was still close.
Those NE field goals were all Peytons fault. Or should I say Tom Moore's.

Tony needs his own offensive coordinator, and truly take control of the whole team.
