About mailing lists in general.
If you've never joined/subscribed to a mailing list, here's how it works. You send an e-mail to an address you'll be given on joining. Your message will then be received by everyone on the list, so, with just one message, you reach many people! It's as simple as that! Mailing lists can be great discussion places, and a wonderful source for information on any available subject. You can subscribe to this mailing list in either normal or digest mode. In normal mode, you will receive all the messages singly as they arrive, which can rather overflow your mailbox during busy periods! In digest mode, although you may not get the messages immediately after they're sent to the list, it's a lot easier to handle as you are sent multiple messages in one single posting. But it's all a matter of personal preference.

Want to sell some of your Queen collection? Joining this list will keep you up to date with all the latest sales, trades and auctions concerning Queen-related Memorabilia!
I started this list because when you advertise sales, etc. on general discussion lists, the list owners can get a little cranky, to say the least! But now, on this QueenMarket list, you can send as many messages as you like, about any kind of sale or auction or trade, and no-one will mind one bit! And you can hear about all the great stuff that's available to buy, without having to go out and search for it!
