What we will need to ship your horse:
1. Your name, phone, and address.
2. Description of your horse, including age, color, height, etc.
3. Are you the owner, trainer, leasor, etc.
4. Location of the pick up: address, phone and directions
5. Location to be trucked to? Address, phone and directions from the pickup location.
6. What will be, being shipped with the horse.
7. Vet certificate for horse if applicable and current coggins test.
