The purpose of this website
is to make reference documents available to members. Of first importance among these documents is the lease. A copy of the lease is accessible through the labelled navigation button on the left. Other documents available include the Memorandum and Articles
of Association of the Company, the block insurance receipt and policy, the Title Deeds, including a Land Registry title document, floor plans, project sketches, and some user manuals
of original equipment and appliances that were provided at Trentham Lodge originally. Some further manuals and other documents
are in process of being added. Members will be advised of these additions through the newsletter.
