Welcome to the official site of Team Renegade!

Team Renegade is a collection of 'free runnners', founded in the summer of 2003 in Amsterdam, Holland. We had just started to get into free running in our local town of Woodbridge in Suffolk. Free running is also known as 'parkour' to a lot of people. After a bit of practice, we acquired a camcorder and after scouting for local spots in Woodbridge and Ipswich, we began to get some sessions down, which brought lots of success and were fun as well. Basically, after the departure of Hem and Gander, we are hoping to just have a laugh from now on and make a video at the same time. Here are some of our results from the early sessions:

Members of Team Renegade so far are as follows: Ben Cable, Jamie Behling, Oli Oaten, Rob Machin, Thomas Hemmings-Smith and Dan Gander. (However the last 2 have decided to leave the team, but will still be in the video) At the moment the team is at a nice size, we are all friends and each individual brings something different to the team. We hope to get a link on urbanfreeflow.com shortly, and we already have a link on the official UK free running site, parkour.org.uk, cheers to Matthew Blackwell from said site for considering us (link below). We are interested in hearing from any free runners, so please contact us to let us know what you think, or just to talk about free running generally. You will find our e-mail adresses under the 'Comrades' section. Finally, don't forget to sign the guestbook if you have something nice to say...
