Visitors from the world overcrowd Pamplona for one week of the year in search of Europe's greatest party, San Fermines. Pamplona delivers, with an eight-day frenzy of parades, bullfights, parties, dancing, fireworks, concerts, sangria, and of course the Running of the Bulls, "encierro."
