Cobb Bridge The two small boats were ours. They were used to move men and supplies to Tugboat. Tugboat was a platoon sized base about 3 - 4 miles to the left, up the river. Riding the boat beat walking but I never felt comfortable in them, too much like being a target. |

No telling what's going on here. The Vietnamese built and used these little round boats. They were pretty common along any good sized river. According to Bob Muth this Don Fields. Don was wounded August 26, 1969 in Hiep Duc Valley. Bob went on to tell me that Don was W. C. Fields grandson. |
