Don't know who they are or what they are doing, but they seem to be having a good time doing it. I'm going to guess and say that this is Clark "Powerhouse" Mills" and Gus Mann.

The vehicle in the upper right was called a Mule.  It had four wheel drive and, with a little work, four wheel steering.  The only thing that stuck up above the bed was the steering wheel and seat. Who is this guy?  He's carrying a M-79 grenade launcher, a Blooper.  Looks like he's dressed for the bush.
