Travelling Stranger

I'm a 27 year old woman who is fortunate to have experienced love and friendship and all good things that come to those who cannot wait but who seek. I still have the tendency to roam the planet in search of myself and my place in the world, yet I now do it with much more excitement and anticipation because I have seen such beauty in the world. Great friends have prompted me to ponder upon many questions in my life, helping me to define and refine my identity and my beliefs. They may not know this, but they have been a testament to the person I wish to be, to the blessings bestowed upon us all by the benevolence of the universe. I still seek a place to ground, a place to be still but many of my castles are built on sand. I appreciate the impermanence of all things - even those that one hopes will be constant. I like progression, movement, fluidity...  There's something sensual about attempting to find balance in an unstable environment.  All of this doesn't make me too impulsive though.  Like the mountain goat, the progress is steady - but continual.  Like the serpent, I possess great knowledge.  I just need to be aware of all that I am.  Too deep for you at this time of day?  Never fear, I love to have fun and often bring a smile to those around me...  *chuckles*

There are so many things that contribute to my happiness.  The pursuit of truth often is tangled up in travel, eating out at cafes/restaurants, meeting new people, learning about other languages and cultures, going for walks in the park, at the beach or downtown.  I can often be found by the water as there's something soothing about it.  Love to scuba dive, take the ferry, swim, snorkel, canoe, whatever's the go.  Spas are great too!  :)

Various people make up my friends and family.  I know people of Anglo, S E Asian, European cultural backgrounds.  Some of my friends tell me I think too much, some not enough.  Everyone loves me for who I am and I am content with that. I love them heaps too.  Most of my friends don't live in the same city, so it's a great opportunity to meet more.
