Who we are:
Trail riders for the preservation of equestrian trails in the
Uwharrie National Forest.
We are committed to working together to maintain the horse trail system and need your help to ensure that future generations have the opportunity to enjoy trailriding and horsecamping here at Uwharrie. We are volunteers making a difference.

When and Where?
Meetings are scheduled for the third Saturday of each month at 10am at Canebrake Horse Camp.
FREE camping in the overflow for volunteers.

Uwharrie is located within 2 hours of Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Charlotte. Spend your next weekend enjoying the trails through the Uwharrie National Forest. Over 32 miles of easy to difficult terrain. Badin Lake Recreation Area Trail Guide is now available for your trip planning needs. It includes each trail, ratings, what to watch for, ER pickup (GPS locations) and Leave No Trace techniques to practice while on the trails. Contact us via E-Mail to request your copy.
