Welcome to Townsend Keep.  The Keep is a Home based upon the philosophies and ideals contained within the writing of John Norman of the Books of Gor.  Within the Keep You will find a Home to relax and enjoy conversation with likeminded People.  The Keep is a Home that demands that the ideals be just that; a way to gain knowledge to enable People to learn of the lifestyle and intergrate those ideals and philosophies into real life.

There are many that come to roleplay.  If so this Home is not the place for you.  Roleplay is for fantasy and if fantasy is what you seek there are venues for such.  At the Keep it is expected to be real.  If it can not be done in real life it can not be displayed  in the Keep.  Real life is a goal for many and at the Keep we take pride in trying to maintain that enviroment.

The Free are just that, Free to be served in pleasing ways, Free to speak as they so wish and enjoy the conversations of other Free.

Slaves will be slave, they will know their places and adhere to such if not correction will follow.  Slaves are in the Keep for the pleasures of the Free not themselves.

Townsend Keep, situated in the lush City of  Tyros

Townsend Keep is the imposing Home and Fortress of Master Blade and Master Markibus.  Sitting high atop the cliffs overlooking the sea of Thassa, located on the Island of Tyros, the construction of this beautiful Home began many generations ago.  The groves of red olives are numerous throughout the lower regions and can be seen from the towers..  Commerce is made possible  to and from the Island, from the Ports of other Cities along the coastal ranges such as Schendi and Bazi.  Known for its comforts, the vastness of its store rooms; the Honour of its inhabitants, and the kajira of the Townsend, which are known throughout the Island for their beauty and fiery dances.

The Three Moons of Gor overlook the Keep at the days end, the shadows from the lights within made it imposing yet comforting to those that find themselves traveling at night.  The warmth of the fires from the Great Hall take the chills from the sea; the tantalizing kajira that serve will bring a smile of pleasure from even the most hardened travelers.  The succulent feasts, the vast variety of wines, and drinks are only of the best stock.  Come and be Welcome at Townsend Keep; stop in to sate Your hunger whilst warming Yourself with Others of like minds.

Remember  well of the infamous caves of the Varts, those of You that wish to enjoy a night or two, WELCOME; however, those of You that wish bad tidings BEWARE.
