And any time any authority coud occupy your property and kickout you. Already Korean Imigration killed some foreigners in there custody, during Jan. 2000 they was killed one Pakistani person, no any newspaper print this news. Also no any authority took any action upon it. Even Pakistani embassy never took any action. No any authority could take action against them. Whether they was get any warrant before arrest them and torture them.

The President of Korea have approved the Human Rights law. I request to the High Commissioner for help. One time they sent me one letter and mentioned that we are investigating your case. Next they never contact with me. I sent many letters, E.mails, requested them please help me to save my life but they never contact with me. Because this is only just to show to other nations and just to attract to foreign investers. Which commission could not help in serious cases what is its function. This is a new decoration piece to attract the foreigners as other organizations like The office of investment ombudsman, arbitration board, Kotra and some other organisations helping to foreign investers. In above entry refusal letter it is mentioned and marked clause B very clearly, Because immigration officers was indecate that my all documents are bogus so I am not allow to enter in Korea. But I enter after paying them and after that I contact to Korea Industrial Complexes authorites and informed them your Ministry of Justice is not reconized our land contract please confirm it. They never contact with us. Also my factory is occupied by Korean immigration so I sent a petition against this to the chief Justice of Korea. After long time I recived one letter from public prosecutores office. Where it was mentioned it is not true so this case is closed down. Even it is writen proof by the immigration. This is a personal stemp by any officer. Because public prosecuters office is working under Ministry of Justice so just to save them they making us stupid.

We was interested to build another factory for manufacturing of Mango and sugarcan juices, so we was purchased land aprx. 1,652 sq.mt in Boryang city the contract was signed by Mayor of Boryang city. Ministry of Justice also says this is a bogus contract, so please let me know what is the meaning of this. Its mean Mayor of Boryang city cheat us. I have invest in Korea and living legally in Korea also owner of a factory but looks like that I am working like a peon in immigration office, when they want they could be issue my summons. Actualy this is a drama to call me in there office, because they could be do any thing with me. They want I visit there and as so called by immigration officers during investigation they kill me, as they did before with some foreigners. This is the value of foreign investors in Korea.

Foreign Investment in Korea

Korean Forign Investment law is writen by immigration bureue. Actualy Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Commerce and KOTRA (an organization for promotion of foreign investment in Korea) are engaged to entangle foreign investores, they show many facilities for foreign investment and to foreign investores, also they will show you many green gardens about investment in Korea. But infact in Korea immigration control the foreign investment. Foreign investment law give the national treatment to foreign investores, but in fact they have no importance and there you cann't get permanent resident visa, national treetment is very far from foreign investor. Foreign investment law give the tax exemptions but Immigration never extand your visa untill you have not paied tax Please click here and see the recipt of tax paid by me when my factory is located in forign industrial zone and I am exempt from tax. They take tax by force. When already you are invested a handsome amount in Korea and immigration never issue visa to you, with out visa you can not stay here so what you will do, You will bound to pay tax, or if you import some facilities for your factory and custom authorities never clear your facilities without tax then what you will do. Forign investors could not get visa cards. Any time immigration could be raid on your office, and mostly you will visit immigration offices for clearance of diffrent there alligationes, because they can issue your summons any time, and you will feel that as you are working in immigration office, you can give very short time to your business. Last year immigration officers closed moor then 300 companies mostly from Asian countries, If any body cheat you, beat you, torchure you, dammage your property, thread you, you cannot go to police, courts, or any other place for help. If you will fax to any office or any factory, they will not give you any response, if you will visit directly for any complaint, they will not talk with you, just smile with a great pride upon you upon your helplessness. Any time immigration could occupy your property and kickout you from Korea, If you resist then there is not any guarantee of your life, even newspapers will not give any news same thing happend with me, now I am waiting for my death. Because I was complaint to the court for oplogy from Ministry of Justice to our nation because immigration officers was use very nude language for my country on Airport.This was my mistake which I did, they occupied my factory they beat me, thread me, torchure me and police, and courts are not helping me also the value of court orders is this please click here this is a court permmission for a limited company registerd in Kwangju district court and this is a court registration order or permmission to do business in Korea and on this orginal order one immigration officer refused to issue a visa to the director of the company to whom court give the permmission for participation of business and also that immigration officer put his personal stamp please click again to see first page. 	World is going to civilization, knowledge, justice, education, awareness prevailing but still some countries spending grave nature life style. They show to other nations as they are very educated, civilized, globalize, but in fact not same. If any nation fix a big globe in the center of city its not mean that they are globalize. If any nation build many universities its not mean that they are educated until they never provide standard education, standard knowledge. If any nation want to improve the quality of life of the nation, so most important thing is justice. With out justice no any nation could say we are civilized. I am a foreigner residing in South Korea since 1996. I was incorporated one company in 1995. Also I build a factory in Korea but that is closed since August 1999 due to misbehavior, violation of human rights by some government officers. I knocked every door for justice but use less. Even all ministries, board of arbitration, The office of ombudsman, and courts, but no body give me any response. Even now to stay in Korea is risk to my life. Korean Immigration officers working under Ministry of justice. They use very nude language with foreign visitors and no any authority could take any action against them. Even a clerk of ministry of Justice could supercede to any authority in Korea. If any visitor protest against it, so they put them in torture rooms and deport them. If any person again protest against this behavior so they put many allegation upon him, beat him and some time give electric shock on penis and other senstive parts of the body. When any body will abused to the nation of any person naturelly he will get angry. In this way already they have killed some foreigners in past and no any authority took action against it even media is also silence. Korean news papers never print any news. I was coming from abroad after completing business trip. So on Kimpo airport Seoul, one immigration officer demand me some money. I never pay him. Because I was travelling with valid visa and doing business in Korea and also was owner of the factory. So he used very nude language for my country and for me. I tolled him you should not use any nude word for my country. you should apologize upon it, but instead of apology he through my passport on the floor, and again use very nude language. Again I tolled him, to through any flag of any country or passport, it is a illegal act, then he punch me and tolled me you go back to your stupid country, to use nude language is our tradition, this is our pride. Same behaviour they use with many asian travellers. Any way I come out from airport and report to Ministry of justice and police, no body give me any response. As a revenge Immigration department rade on my factory and thread me and thread my employees and tolled them go back to your country immediately other wise we will arrest you. My all employees was working legally with valid visa. So all of my employees was very worried and was know the illegal activities of immigration. As I mentioned above they put electric shock. So they went back. Also immigration officers closed down my factory and put many allegations upon me, and insisted to all other departments to cancel my all licences and contracts. I nocked every door for justice, but use less. Even courts refused to trail my case. Please see under mentioned letter issued by court against my petition was sent to chief justice of korea. But because public prosecutors office work under Ministry of justice and they never trail my case and sent me one letter, the copy of letter with translation is mentioned at bottom of this massage. So again I sent my petition to chief justice of Korea so again they sent me under mentioned letter with out trail my case in court. Which is the violation of Korean constitution. Please study this letter carefully. This is a official proof, that to beating any person, torcher, abuse, damage the property of any one taking bribery is not fall under the work scop of courts. If any crime never fall under the work scop of the court so this is a legal act. So all above mentioned acts are legal in Korea. So please is there any body who could give me reply, whether such country, where all these crimes are not crime, that country could provide human rights. When President of Korea already approved the law of human rights also says we are advocating human rights. Many time I sent E.mail to president, but never got any response. All these are just to show to other nations and to attract foreign investors, other wise I was sent my petition to the commissioner of human rights and requested to him for security of my life they never give any response. Even my mother is sick I want to go to see my mother but they never help me. Because Korean immigration have occupied my passport and all of my property. Now just put dust upon there crimes they want to kill me, as they killed some peoples from our country before. They enter any resident without any search warrant which is also violation of Korean constitution. I request to all civilized nation for help to stop this white collar blood shed and white collar crimes.
