You are responsible for ensuring that the Applicant has been advised of important details pertaining to the weekend. The total cost of the weekend is $250, with a $25 discount for registations submitted before May 25. A non-refundable deposit for $75 should accompany this application form. The balance is due when the Applicant checks in Friday night. Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the weekend to avoid incurring the total cost. These costs should be discussed with the Participant and arrangements made to ensure that the fee is covered. Applicants should have a basic understanding of the purpose of Cursillo. You should answer their questions honestly, while keeping in mind the wonderful surprises. The Applicant should understand that the inward journey of discovery is intense and that a Cursillo weekend is not just a retreat.If you have any questions regarding sponsorship responsibilities please contact your parish rep, area rep or registrar.
