Top Draw Tournament Management can provide all pre tournament requirements, for a minimal outlay, and can be organised by e-mail, mail, phone or fax. There's no need for your club to spend large amounts on computers and software, the cost is easily included in the entry fee you charge each competitor. There is no minimum requirement for entries nor limits on the number of players, events or venues.
The completed entry forms are sent to me and a database formed with all provided information. Event and player lists will be supplied to you or to tennis authorities if players are to be seeded. Printed draws are made quickly (according to Tennis Australia and other sporting authority specifications) ready for your match schedules/time draw to be added. Event lists are provided listing players alphabetically and showing seeds, States, Junior ID numbers and National Player Ratings. With match times and venues keyed in, first match advice cards can be printed and mailed to all competitors, and detailed draws and score sheets for the first day of play for each venue printed and mailed or delivered to you. ALL THIS FOR ONLY $1.50* PER PLAYER PER EVENT Your club will be able to order mailing labels at any time. Cost will depend on the number and type of labels, Other services available are :- No tournament or club championship is too small or too big for Top Draw Tournament Management.
