It is nearly impossible to be a teenager nowadays and not to be able to recognize something from the 1950's musical craze, Grease.  Most of us are more than willing to belt out to "Summer Nights: and "Greased Lightnin'" along with the movie or a dance mix, or when lyrics fail us, we can hand jive along with the best of'em!  Grease has captivated audiences on Broadway and in movie theaters for as long as any of us can remember, and now the craze is finally coming to our own school!
We've heard the stories of summer loving, a boy's adoration for his car, and the hopeless beauty school dropout, but on our stage will be brought into bright neon lights new songs and stories - a dream of stardom, a love letter to a Marine, and so many more moments that will have you laughing out loud, and leave you breathless.
          But
Grease is more than just an alphabet soup of stories, it is an experiance for everyone - from the actors on stage to the audience living the scenes from their seats, to the interactive dance contests where members of the audience (yes, that means you!) are brought up on stage to let loose to a sockhop preshow.  This show is for everyone.  So, when you walk into the auditorium this March and for the first time see our stage turned into a giant juke box, know that you are in for an experiance unlike any other ever to take place on Shore's stage.
Grease is the word!!
