We do not believe that we have breached copyright for the following reasons:
* Our magazine does not use the Record label's name, the name is only similar which is coincidental (we have also previously posted that we are in no way associated with the label);
* We carry on a business that is very different to that of the record label; and
* We operate in a different country on the other side of the world to the record label.
While we do not believe we have done anything wrong, we are not interested in wasting our time getting caught up in a petty fight over a name. Our mission is to promote music and we do not see how getting into a fight like this can help us achieve that mission.
We therefore will continue promoting music with our new magazine titled "Tomatrax," there is a link to the site on the side of this page. As was the case before, we are always interested in hearing and promoting new music.
Finally we would like to thank all our contributors, readers and supporters over the past few years. We hope to keep in touch with all of you through Tomatrax.
