The exciting sequel to "SAILOR MOON: WHAT IF IT WENT LIKE THIS"

Using the dub names, rather than the Japanese names. (Usagi=Serena, etc...)

If something in this story bothers you, feel free to write me about them at
kokomojoe@compuserve.com. If you flame me, I'll call Bubba and he'll give ya
the hurt.
However, I'd appreciate it if you'd all e-mail me with your comments
(you too!) I'd love some criticism, some advice, some comments... I'd like to
know how to do this better, cause ...frankly... I'm no veteran fanfic writer.
Hope you like it!

1. PROLOGUE
-----------------------------------

Previously, our heroine Serena and her friends and colleagues were on their
way to the Temple on Sendai Hill (Cherry Hill in the dub) to meet up with
Raye and scheme for their big sting on Ann & Alan Granger, who of course, are
non-human lovers... who just play human siblings when they're in public. So
the Sailor Scouts find out Alan and Ann's dirty little secret and plan to
teach them a lesson... but nothing goes the way you expect it to go in one
of _my_ stories. I'm not going to tell you much about how the story goes, but
I will tell you it's pretty darn good...

So, now that I got your neural juices flowing, here we go!

2. PART TWO: I'd rather be watching the World Championships of Kite-Making...

In Raye's temple, where there's always a large fire burning in a
small, poorly-ventilated room with paper walls and no smoke detector, Raye
was contacting the Fire God to dish up some dirt on this growing "doom
thingy". But alas, the line was busy, and had been for over 45 minutes now,
so Raye finally gave up trying to get his attention.
"Probable on phone sex, the bastard," thought Raye.
So, as any sensible young person would do in any given circumstance, Raye
asked the girl with the blue hair, the ever-conservative, defensive, and
generally afraid to be different, but too smart to act the same Ami Mizuno,
who's the brains of the operation, what she had to enlighten the Sailor
Scouts with. All she could muster up to say was, "Well, I'm just a genius,
I'm not always full of ideas, you know!".
"We're getting nowhere with this plan, and there's only a window of
opportunity so big, we gotta cook us up a real hum ding of a plan, and I mean
fast!!", Raye said.
"I got an idea. why don't we just walk into the apartment building, ring the
bell, go up the stairs and punch Alan in the nose when he answers.", Serena
proclaimed confidently.
"Sounds like gold to me," Said Luna, "Go with it. Let's move, girls!"
"Well, if noone has any better ideas, I say we go with the punching thing!",
shrugged Raye.

So they left the temple, hopped onto a bus, and while looking for a
seat, they passed by a crying Gokou, a crying Keiichi, and a crying Guido
Anchovy.
"Hi."
"Hi."
"DIE!!!!"
Lita unveiled a dull steak knife stolen from a Motel 6, sliced Guido's head
off, and kicked it, bleeding like the severed head that it was, to the
front of the bus. "I can't stand Pizza Cats."
"Heyyyyy, you think they're related to L.I.L.Y. Cats?", giggled Serena.
"Hell no.", replied Gokou, not crying as much.
"And NO, not Gun Smith Cats, either.", added Artemis.
"Hey, Gokou, why were you crying?", asked Keiichi, still crying.
"Guido was sitting on my Wall Street Journal."

	"Holy crap.", whispered Raye.
"Uhhh... What is it?", Mina asked Raye.
"Alan and Ann are sitting two seats ahead of us!", said Raye.
"Do you realize that an Anime fanatic would kill to be a passenger on this
 bus?", Ami said.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go punch him in the nose!", proclaimed
a smiling Serena.
"We can't just do that! We need to transform first, and we can't do that on a
municipal bus, even if it is filled with nothing but cameo guest stars!",
Raye whispered, "We have to keep them from getting to their apartment!"
"I got an idea.", whispered Serena.
Serena extended her Luna Pen.
"NO, you can't do that, either!", said Luna.
"I was going to bean Alan over the head with it."
"Don't be an ass, Serena...", warned Raye.
"Yeah, and don't be a cat, Artemis.", thought Mina.
The assembled Scouts each gave each other a pensive look.
"This is getting more and more like an episode of Seinfeld...", Ami thought.
"Hey, I know what we could do. Let's engage them in meaningless conversation
to distract them, so they miss their stop.", said Lita.
"OK, let's try it.", they all said.
So Serena slid over to Ann and Alan's booth and proceeded to start a form of
verbal communication.
"Uhh... Hey, Ann, Alan... do you guys have a PSX?"
"I'm afraid not. You see, the year is 1993. The Sony PlayStation has yet to
be invented. The best system around today is the Sega CD." was Alan's reply.
"Ah. Bummer -- Oh shit, does that mean... "
"Yes. That's right. There is no Final Fantasy VII."
At that instant, half the people on the bus committed suicide with anything
close to sharp and/or barely lethal, such as house keys and Bic pens.
"Well, uhhh... nice talking to you...", blurted Serena.
She flew back to her seat and sulked.

"Hey, I just got another idea.", whispered Lita, "Serena, you know
how Alan has the hots for you?"
Serena blushed. "Well, I guess I'm ...that kinda girl...".
"Go up to him and ...you know... distract him!"
"You gotta be kidding."
"Yeah, if he's in a world of schoolgirlish lust, he's sure to miss his
stop!", agreed Ami. "Go and torture him with sexy mannerisms and stuff."
"Well, alright, but this is the last time I flirt with an alien."

Serena straightened her clothes and grabbed a skiing magazine. She
got up off her seat, slid out of the booth and strutted in Alan's direction.
Alan was calmly staring at the bolts on the ceiling of the bus. Serena seemed
about to pass Alan, but then she let go of the magazine and it dropped to
Alan's feet. "Oh, it's okay, I'll get that.", she said, and turned towards
Alan's seat. She bent down with her knees and midsection in a way that Alan
could see right down her shirt, and between her ! Alan glanced, then
he trailed off for half a second, then his head and eyes shot back again.
"Whoa...", he breathed out with awe. Ann was staring at the back of Alan's
head with tensed eyebrows. "Hey, Ann, would you mind coming over here to
help Raye here with her crocheting?", Lita shouted. Ann got up and
whispered, "No funny business, Alan, I mean it." as she passed him.
"Crocheting? What do I know about crocheting?", she thought to herself as she
arrived at the booth where Lita and Raye were sitting. Lita stared at Ann for
five seconds, analyzing her every movement and twitch, then performed a
textbook sleeper hold on her, knocking her flat out. Lita placed Ann where
Serena was sitting earlier.
"Here, keep her seat warm, ya alien bitch.", Lita mumbled.

Lita gave Serena the "thumbs up" she was waiting for to continue the
ravenous ploy. Serena climbed into where Ann had just been. "So, Alan, you
like skiing?", hummed Serena into Alan's ear.
"Buh.", was all Alan could force out, because he was quite pleasantly numb.
"Well, I'd love to go skiing with you sometime. You know, rent a cabin, a
nice, private cabin out in the woods, and spend some time with you."
"Buh."
By that time, Serena had positioned herself so she was very close to Alan.
She was holding him by the back of his neck with one hand, and gently
touching his lower cheek with the other. He could feel her soft hands against
his face, and she was gazing directly into his eyes. The rest of the world
had disappeared for Alan, and all there was was pure black, Serena and
himself. All he could hear was Serena, whispering luscious words. The other
Sailor Scouts were watching her closely, and admiring Serena's uncanny
competence at driving Alan crazy. Ann was lying on the seat next to Mina,
unconscious and drooling a little. Ami was trying to guess what was going on
in Alan's mind, Mina couldn't stop smiling, Raye was trying to keep from
bursting with laughter, and Lita was digging in Ann's pockets. Serena kept
thinking, "This is so freaky and disgusting. I mean, me being physically
attracted to someone not of this planet? Ooh, yuck. And he thrives on stolen
life energy... Oh, God, this is getting to me, I hope I don't have to
 do this much longer...".

Then she realized that Alan and Ann's stop is a couple of blocks from
where they were, and Alan was starting to regain his senses. Serena thought
for a moment, glanced at the other Scouts who had all their eyes trained on
Serena, and finally back at Alan, who didn't look half as lost as he was just
a second ago. She pulled Alan's head toward hers and their lips met. She had
decided to give Alan what he had wanted for quite some time now. Her eyes
were clenched tight as she gave Alan the kind of French-kiss only crazily-in-
love couples would give each other. Alan was stunned. So stunned, in fact,
that minutes flew by like seconds and they had well missed their stop by two
miles. Then a truly strange thing happened. Serena's eyelids slowly loosened
from their repulsed tightness, until they were only gently shut, as if she
had lost all her uneasiness over Alan in a matter of seconds.

Now all the Sailor Scouts were amazed at what was going on.
"What is she doing?", Raye asked, slowly and in amazement. They all had their
jaws dangling in wonder. Serena wasn't thinking at all. She was just locked
in that position, in a sleeplike trance. She could only know how madly
affectionate she was feeling. She felt a million emotions flood her head all
at once, the largest one being that she had just found out what Alan had
been, what he is, and what he could be. It seemed like way too much for
Serena to handle. She felt she knew everything about Alan now, and that Alan
had taken in everything Serena had experienced as well.

When she felt her senses returning to her, she opened her eyes and
her head floated away from Alan's. She was still in an astounded state of
shock, and she knew for one reason or the other, she seemed to have
fallen madly in love with just one kiss. Just minutes before, she knew what
she had to do. She had to protect the Universe by destroying Alan and Ann for
good. And as quick as it takes to kiss someone, her feelings changed so
dramatically, that to have Alan succumb to harm would mean Serena's own
death, let alone having Alan die by her own hand. She also felt as if her
whole body was given the will to move through her very soul, which Alan
seemed to have transformed into an inner mass of warm, delicious, life-giving
energy. She felt as if this inner mass was radiating with her own life force
and letting it flow through her entire body, allowing her to live. It was the
most pleasant feeling Serena ever had, and it made her feel more powerful and
omnipotent than she had ever felt before. She felt she could take on the
world. It was a completely new and inexperienced feeling for Serena. She
liked this feeling. So much, in fact that it made Serena want to
laugh out loud with contentment. The expression returned to her face, and
before all the Sailor Scouts and a fully conscious Ann, Serena gave a
sweet, perhaps slightly mischievous smile.
