Ninja Scroll is definitely a must-see for any Anime freak! It may not be a favorite, but it's one of those required types. :^)
I thought it was a pretty good movie, 'cept that the story was chained down to the ninja theme and it didn't leave much room for creativity past character development. The violence is definitely up there near Fist of the North Star. Contains a walking corpse, a zombie bomb, severed heads, airborne limbs, and a lot of gore! :^P
The sexual content isn't exactly mild, either. With one doggy style, one oral "incident," and an evil women wearing nothing but venomous snakes, I'd say this one prob'ly isn't for minors! ;^)
Go rent this one.
