What's new on the Secretary's Skillet!
baileybrd24@hotmail.com
Task 'O Month for November and December is to make Christmas cards. These will be distributed to a nursing home in Bailey's area. Get creative! Get your club involved!  Contact her at Baileybrd24@hotmail.com
NEW: Download the new Main Page and Activity Page on www.tokeyclub.com. It can be found on the home page or under Resources: Club Resources. You will be penalized for using the old forms starting now and will receive NO points if you use the really really old forms! You can tell if you're using the new forms if you see that there is no longer a Lt. Governor Communication box. It has been replaced with a Kiwanis Meeting box, interclubs and socials. This can be a yay or nay for you since I always talk to you guys. Now it's up to you to fill up those boxes :)
The Top 25 list will be sent out with the first edition of the TO Key. I will be sending them out soon if I haven't already! Remember, there are no more report confirmations so if you want to check for 100% on-time reporting than you'll have to e-mail her and ask her yourself. Don't worry, I did it last year and she's happy to respond!
For those of you who attended the PCM or Officer Training Camp, put the number of those who attended under # on the mainpage of your reports, not how many PCMs or other events there were. Officer Training Camp will go under OTHER. After the month that the event occurred, take it off of the main page.
If you haven't sent in your COCRFs yet you can now do it electronically! COCRF Page

It is new and improved and better and can be found on the Tokeyclub.com site or here:
If the link is not working, here's the URL: http://209.133.247.166/password_entry.htm

If you need to make changes to your COCRFs, like if you're not getting any information from me or if you changed your e-mail address, please fo there. The site is password protected so if you need the password, contact me.

Any changes that need to be updated will have to be made by your club at the link above. E-mail me or IM me for the password. The phone number and etc. will not be displayed.
Top 25 Changes

There will be changes made to this year's Top 25 contest. The district staff and administrators feel that the top 25 and the top 5 per category are essentially the same contest, which they are. They are both based on the total number of points a club acquires on their monthly reports. We decided that one of them had to go. Bust instead of removing one, we instead agreed on changing the way the top 25 is scored. It will still require the points from the monthly reports, but instead of straight points, it will be based on percentages. We will count the percentage of man hours performed by each member in the club to ensure that we are rewarding active Key Clubs and not just a select group of members.
