ABOUT TOKALON BOXERS

Tokalon Boxers is our kennel name.  Tokalon comes from the Greek language and means "The Beautiful".  Debbie and Ed have had Boxers in their lives since 1954 and 1967, respectively.  Initially, we were pet owners who dabbled in obedience training of our Boxers.   We bought our first Show Boxer, Graefin, in 1986 and, following a few early successes in the Confirmation Ring, we were hooked on Dog Shows.  Since 1986, Boxers that we have owned or bred have earned the various titles shown below:

We are particularly proud of the love of the breed demonstrated by our daughter, Andrea, who following the loss of her soul mate, Tokalon's Fuerstin, has begun to work Tokalon's Anticipation (Bailey) in agility.  Tokalon's Charisma (Digger) also owned by Andrea is waiting in the wings for her chance. We wish them success!

The showing continues.  Debbie has been showing Tokalon's Touche' (Morgan). We will get more serious about showing her in the spring.

As members of both the Georgia Boxer Club (GBC) and the American Boxer Club (ABC), our breeding program is conducted in strict compliance with the ABC Code of Ethics.  We love our Boxers, but we treasure most our many worldwide Boxer friends as with our eyes on the Boxer Standard we work together to improve the breed.
