Spirit Of The Soul

TENDERS INTRODUCTION

To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wildflower:
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
Quote by:.. William Blake

My writing emerges from my life experiences and how the experiences effect me. A simple statement can be made to me, and a story emerges. Other times, a story emerges from a long drawn out ordeal. Either way, my writing reflects the way I feel and/or see others through the vision of my minds' eye.

I hope that you, the reader, can understand some of my thoughts through the way I express myself, in my choice of words and my expressions. When I do write, my words seem to pour out of my soul as water flows down a babbling brook. The words appear in my ears and I just have to put them down on paper. Many a time, I have already written the poem or words in my mind, before they ever hit the paper.

I do not mean to offend anyone with the words I've written nor hope to write in the future. And I apologize ahead of time if anyone should take offense, because that is not my intention. If anyone does, I would appreciate the opportunity to explain where I was coming from and my meaning in writing what I did.

Many thanks again, for taking the time to share with me.

At last, I leave you with this quote from Kahlil Gibran, "Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself. To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night. To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving." To me, that says everything I feel and believe.

Always, terry lou
