Observing Tips

    The Best tip I can give you is : Always find the darkest observing site you can,
especially during galaxy season. Some of these objects on these lists are real
Barn Burners, so the darker sky, the better sucess you will have.  Another good tip
is : To always look up your objects on your star atlas before you go to the observing
site. It is also a good practice to log your objects on a log sheet.
     Here are some excellent log sheets developed by Carol Cole from the "Rose City
Astronomers , who were responsible for developing the new Herschel II list.
