We can do this by always lending a helping hand to our fellow Neopians.

Most tallys are updated on a weekly basis by the person that receives the donations.
The Tally sheets reflect the month that we are in.
So at the beginning of each month the tallys by all rights should be wiped clean of stars.
Stars are only given to spirits that DONATE ITEMS unless its DONATED NPS which is kept on the main Tally Page.
Technically The members that do donate items on a regular basis should read the jobs pages, because lots of times, a donation will be posted on the MB & not neomailed with the amt to the person receiving the items, which makes it difficult to update stars.
Spirits should also check the jobs pages to know which date is the best for their spirit guide to pick up trades & recieve the donations, because a restaurant can't pick up food trades from a food buyer on a friday night because they are full of food already
Sometimes Spirits Guides Dont have the opportunity to update their tally sheets on time. In which case they should either not be accepting donations because they are not availble or they should go through the appropriate channels.
And always remember that we are all KINDRED & we should all be patient & our main goal is to have fun with the guild not point fingers.
