Tivo's adopts stock selling plan, after selling and sells more anyway
The CTO and CFO of Tivo sold in June 2003. They also sold July 1, 2003 but through a stock selling plan, designed to not allow sales based on material informatoin. The CEO sold a day earlier, June 30, 2003, without such a plan. The CTO and CFO's sales came hours before after market close news of a $100 M shelf.
