Tivo breaks new insider selling rule three days after instated
New rules instated June 30, 2003 says one business day after filing an insider sale with SEC, a company, if it has a website, must publish this at the website. The CTO Tivo filed form 4 with SEC July 1, 2003 and CEO June 30, 2003 for sale of stock were not published on Tivo's website. Making Tivo one and two days late so far.
