Scouting: Carcillo is a good story as he was ignored by everyone, including me at the start of the year being a 6th round OHL pick and is now gaining respect as a solid prospect. A very hard working player, his game is all about his work ethic.. Hard hitter, Will hit anyone, even guys much bigger than him and doesn't back down from anything.. Very fast, uses his speed to blow by defenders on breakaways.. Him and Danny Fritsche make a good tandem.. Is used in all situations and is ussually the man in front of the net on the powerplay.. Very emotional will get very upset if knocked around and sometimes throws temper tantrems.. Has a good wrist shot which he gets to use often playing with Fritsche.. Could work on his puckhandling a bit as on some plays, he will try to deke out a player, then loose the puck.. Always goes to the net hard.. Would be a solid addition to an NHL team looking for a potential shit disturber.. Should fall anywhere in the mid rounds |
