This letter of recommendation is written for Mr. Tim Sabin. For the past seven months, I retained the technical services of Mr. Sabin to support a database and application development project. He supported software design and development efforts using C in an HP-UX environment and designed a requirements tracking system using an Informix-based database. Mr. Sabin was dedicated to the completion of each assignment and applied his technical skills and knowledge to complete tasks. In addition, Mr. Sabin developed an Web-server interface to the relational database that tracked and managed requirements, designs, and test case for a large-scale system. I worked with Mr. Sabin several years ago on a previous project at PRC and was confident in his ability to work on this new task for seven months. Mr. Sabin is technically competent in application development using C/C++ and object-oriented methodologies. In addition, Mr. Sabin works well in team environments and is well respected by his colleagues. I highly regard Mr. Sabin and would retain his services again, if needed.
