Had two sessions in one day today, 20-25 kts, flat water in the morning near Stornaway, and later in South Harris for a awesome waveriding session 25 + kts at Horgabost ( I was using a 9.5 Cabrinha C02!) More pics to come of this trip!
Grant and I decided that a huge downwind run starting from South Harris and landing at the bleached white sands of North Harris, in the Outer Hebrides was a great idea, we had 20 knots, although it doesn't look like it, as we started from the offshore side.

Pic of Luskentyre Beach-(Gaelic = Tràigh Losgaintir), its the beach furtherest to the left, in front of the estuary. The beach in front is Seilebost, and the mass of water we crossed was called the sound of Taransay. Super flat crystal clear water about 3ft deep. This isn't one of our pics, every day we were there the wind was 20-25 kts and 3ft waves at Seilebost, and flat water at Luskentyre beach.
Wild 20-22 knot NE wind day, ballistic fun on my 14 X2 , at St Andrews bay, Fife, NE Scotland.
